First time customer here. Dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned and a pair of pants to get altered. I asked for the pants to be shortened by 1.5 inches and the owner said no problem and that it would be a simple task. I come back and pick up the pants and suit. The pants are very shoddy work at best. Uneven stitching lines and they even sewer over the inseam at the wrong angle. The in seam is now twisted in a knot and rubs on my leg. First and last time here. I will not be back and this place should be avoided for alterations. read more

This is my parent's business that they opened and owned ever since I was a baby (25+ years ago). I will say that some of the negative comments really shatter my heart seeing how hard they work. As a kid I would spend all my summers here watching them work for hours on end from 4 AM - 8 PM. They hardly EVER close and even when they are closed my dad is always there. Yes, their English is not perfect but they dropped everything they knew to come here and start a business so that me and my sister could live successful lives. They learned all that they could with no help and by themselves. They are the most kind hearted and hard working people and absolutely love what they do. My dad spends countless hours researching and investing in the best machinery and puts a lot of manual labor into everything he does. Sometimes with Korean culture, things may seem more blunt and "rude" but that's a culture barrier. I've seen my dad drive to work after and before hours just to make sure a customer who has a rush order or really needs something gets done. Please have some patience and empathy and I promise my parents will always do things to the best of their ability and do things right. If you want an easy great experience sure commercial places or chain places may be easier but hope everyone will spend a little extra time and patience to support a small business that really cares and works hard. read more

This cleaners is sandwiched in the shopping center off 121 and Main Street (next to Staples and Ross). I dropped my items off on a Friday and they were ready by Wednesday of the following week. I had two items (bright colored skirt and a silk top) that had some dark marks on them that I needed to get out. Both in dropping the items off and picking them up I experienced a friendly smile behind the counter who helped mark the areas the stains were located in. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the stain out of the skirt, but the shirt came back good as new. Rather fair price for both ($10 total); however, I felt that this cleaners would be great for general care, but the more sensitive the item perhaps not. I would suggest using this location for simple items that just need to be cleaned, but if you need thorough cleaning I might not go here first. read more

I honestly didn't want to write a bad review because the owners were always nice when I went but the work they did was terrible. Five of my shirts, all of nice quality and cost over $100 were damaged, in the span of 9 months. Two of them were silk shirts that they burned because they didn't know how to iron it. The other two white shirts that changed to a pinkish color because they didn't wash them correctly. The last one was a white shirt that came home with weird orange stains on it that weren't there before, looks like an iron burn. They also damaged my husbands Canada goose jacket that was very expensive! They refused to reimburse me for any of the damages and also went on to say that I did it the damages. It's very frustrating and upsetting to spend extra money on dry cleaning and have your clothing damaged instead. I understand that accidents happen, and that is perfectly fine. However, handle those accidents the right way. We will not be returning, and suggest all readers reconsider using them as well. Example images attached. read more

DON'T DO IT!! I went there about 3 times before their true colors shined through. I tried to give them a chance. There was a smell on 2 blazers that they didn't get out. I told the lady-- the owner-- and left them there. When I went back. she claimed her husband cleaned then 3 times. The jackets still had the smell...REALLY!! Dropped these pants off here (mind you that they're Theory pants) based on yelp reviews. Came in, I was greeted by a friendly lady. I dropped off three pants, and this pair was one of them... I specifically told her that I'm just dropping the three pairs of pants off for dry clean only. I figured they look at the care label as well. Heck, I know I did when I worked at a cleaners.. She looked at them, counted the items, and asked me if I wanted a crease on the legs? I replied, "No thank you." She replied that pants look good with a crease on the legs. I continued with "no thank you." Then she told me when I can pick these up. My boyfriend picked up the pants a week later.. just opened them this morning, for a wedding, and it had HEAVY STARCH on them! You can see where the starch is saturated in the pants, mainly by the pockets.. such a huge disappointment! This place may be a hit and miss deal, but I will not come back... and I won't recommend this place to anyone. But the remedy for starch is to clean it with a warm damp towel. read more

I had some dresses and a coat that needed some tlc so I came here mainly because it's not far from me and the reviews weren't terrible so that was good enough. I probably go to the cleaners once a year so I'm not very picky, I just really wanted to see if they could get rid of the excessive amount of lint I had on my coat and they did a great job. Took my husbands work shirts and jeans here to try and get out really bad grease, oil, and gas stains that had been set in really bad. Would give them 0 if possible. Stay away from here if you're turning in your laundry as I did recently. Gave them the same amt of my work week clothes over two wks and both times they charged me an exorbitant fee of $38 and $52 dollars. For 5 pairs of shirts and pants that is an awful high price to pay. At first, I thought it strange they didn't place a dollar amt on my receipt but chose to overlook it, as I gave them the benefit of doubt due to it's glowing reviews by unknowing patrons. After returning to pick up several days later, I was surprised to find the $38 fee. They explained it was pressed and dry cleaned due to the excessive amts of grease stains seen, although I only wanted it laundered as I am fully capable of pressing my own clothes and grease stains are a part of my job description. I chose to let that go as well, though I was on guard now. The next week I returned to fully explain that my clothes were only to be laundered, not pressed nor dry cleaned. After agreeing, I returned to find out they went ahead and, you guessed it, pressed and dry cleaned my clothes, not to mention they charged me $52 for the same amt of clothes?! After having to argue with them over this stark discrepancy of service, they agreed to lower it to $20 and asked that I don't telegragh this incident to other patrons. Too bad - one thing I hate are dishonest people. Dishonesty and incompetence is clearly evinced by these owners and I would hope anyone reading this stays away from this business. read more
