Took alterations in and asked for them to be provided by a certain day for an upcoming trip. . I figured 6 days was plenty of time to hem a dress a pants, but not here. They said they could do it and added that pickup time on my ticket. I went in the to pick up and neither of the pieces were not complete. I really put me in a bind as this was two days worth of outfits that I really needed. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a fast turn around. read more

I had brought in a few clothing and shoe items and placed specific attention on a pair of shoes that needed to be handled with extra care. I was assured of professional services. Upon picking up the items, the shoes were damaged. I was told this happened due to the chemicals, scrubbing and suctioning process of the cleaning and that they are not responsible. These shoes were purchased within the month at a value of $382.14 in which the owner has refused to reimburse me for. Improper technique and tools were used on Primeknit fabric, leaving the material damaged and frayed and the owner did not follow manufacturer guidelines in proper care of the shoes. Upon inspecting the second pair of shoes, significant damage was also discovered in the coloring and texture. The suede has hardened from its original soft texture and the color has changed. Ruined an eleventy sport coat. Brought in to get out arm pit stain from sweat. The next time I wear the jacket it has a small tear in arm. I took it back and Immediately owner was defensive and said many customers don't realize damage before they bring in. I am thorough with my clothes! There was zero damage to the jacket before they got their hands on it. 1000 dollar plus sport coat now ruined. Cannot be repaired. Do not take expensive clothing here it will be damaged. Customer is not always right here, the customers is a baffoon that doesn't see obvious tears before they bring to be cleaned. read more

This man is truly a nut. My mother parked in front of his place, she is old and showing signs of early dementia. He came out of his shop and stood an inch away from her face and very loudly called her 'mama' over and over asking if she could understand him. He was verbally abusive to her. She was standing alone and when I walked up; she was saying she was going to move the car. He backed off after I told him to calm down and we would move the car. My daughter asked what was going on and I explained when step on the black tube it rings a bell in his shop. She stepped on it and he said she did not understand English and he was calling the cops. I said go ahead and that we were leaving. Today we were at my sons karate class and he was outside and yelled at me, 'I remember you.' And threatened to call the police again. I was 30 feet away from him, walking into he karate studio and he was yelling and me in front of my kids that he was going to call the cops on me if I am harassing him. I never said a word to him this morning to provoke him. He's a nut. I wouldn't give him a penny for business unless it was to help him get mental help. read more

We lucked into this business completely by accident. When we moved here a year ago, we weren't familiar with anything. We saw a big fancy dry cleaner on Stonebrook but when I went to drop off a bundle I found it was still being built. So I wandered on down 423 and found Signature Cleaners. We have been nothing but pleased with the service we get here. We bring in a large load on average a couple times a month. They meet us at our car to unload and load these heavy loads.
