No, but it did tear off clean when you bit into them. Just right. Nicely seasoned. Glazed while on the fire. Sauces can be added if you want. Brisket. Again well cooked, maybe on the edge of over (shedded a little as you ate it). My serving was from the flat up toward the point, with a good 1/4 of fat remaining. I trim the fat more, but it had been rendered nicely so it ate well. Yes, you eat the fat with the meat. People who trim it are wrong. Just wrong.
