    Must try!!
    Julie D.

We went to Pasta Pitstop Sunday July 5th . They have changed owners, management ,and chefs in the last week. The pasta, lasagne and meatballs were the best Italian I have had anywhere! Such a small kiosk to have authentic quality Italian food . I highly recommend it! You wont be disappointed ...at $15 a meal it's more than worth it . I don't take my reviews lightly It's honestly high end restaurant quality food served in disposables at small town prices. A must for foodies passing through or living in Martinsburg.

The Garage on King is a great spot downtown Martinsburg offering 8 different local food spots, a nice bar, event space and often have live entertainment. Plenty of seating both inside and on the large outdoor patio. Bright and very clean, we will definately be back! We were there specifically for a private dining event with Chef Tim Rampey which was AMAZING! Rampey, he doesnt like to be called Chef, has been a chef in numerous Michelin Star restaurants before opening the New School Cafe and breaking out as a private chef. Our meal was 4 courses, exquisitely plated, perfectly crafted, and infused with unique flavors and textures. You could see, taste and feel the passion in each bite. This was an awesome dining experience! My rating rationale  +1 Service +1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value Other notes: small parking lot, limited meteted street parking

Cool new spot close to downtown. It is set up sort of cafeteria style but more upscale. There are around 8 different booths you can order food from. We didn't try any food the time we were there we just sat at the bar. They have cheap drinks and a tv to watch sports. They have a spot for live music as well. A cool concept!

This is my new favorite spot in the Martinsburg area. Absolutely beautiful interior and exterior. Walk in to a gorgeous bar area and welcome foyer that is lined with various restaurants. They have reservations for small group dinners with Chefs!! The service was great! Food was delicious and came out of the kitchen quickly and looked like something out of a magazine. The kitchen staff clearly take pride in their food. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place for parties, family hang outs and date night. Parking was the only downside. Not horrible but could be difficult during peak hours. But well worth it!!! Highly recommend. Go check it out. You won't regret it.

This small BBQ joint serves up a mean brisket sandwich! Tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, it's a true BBQ delight. Don't miss out on this savory treat!

THE OG KITCHEN: absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Mac and cheese and collard greens were classic. Whiting was crispy and well seasoned. Cornbread was moist and yummy. Service was nice and quick. I got great suggestion 100% would recommend. Cant wait to try more!

Indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of food options.

Good variety of food to choose from. Beautifully remodeled space, looks great. Live music on weekends must go back again and check it out.

Shrimp étouffée. Too much rice. Wish it had more flavor.

Love the atmosphere here. Lots of food choices. The best food we had were the brussels at OG Kitchen. They were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The smash burger there was also good. Not the best we've ever had but solid. Not sure but the hamburger seemed to have a frozen taste or consistency but it was still good. We also had some good homemade chips and pimento spread from OG. We tried shrimp étouffée from the Cajun place. Would not order again. Not that flavorful and too much rice. Would like to try their gumbo but it appeared to be loaded with rice as well. Surprisingly the bar had a seasonal strawberry lime Bold Rock cider that I liked. I usually don't like Bold Rock or Angry Orchard ciders which are the go tos for all bars. If you want to impress sweet cider lovers, look into Ciderboys, Ace, Rekorderlig.

I throughly enjoyed staying here and would book again in a heartbeat…read more Checking in was a breeze, the front desk guy was very friendly and personable. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the indoor pool - we called first to make sure it was available and to confirm the hours. It being open until 11PM was awesome and not something you typically come across since most pools close 9-10PM. We got lucky and there was no one else in the pool area so we had a blast. The room & water were heated & comfortable. I have zero complaints about our room. It smelled fresh (not just that obnoxious perfume-y smell that's obviously covering up odors) it genuinely felt and smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable, and both soft/firm pillows were provided so you have options! USB ports & plugs in the nightstands and placed throughout the room so there's always a convenient charging spot. We didn't end up trying the restaurant for dinner or breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the room has its own Keurig coffee machine and downstairs had a coffee station with extra cream/sugar provided. Also, fridge and microwave in our room. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, the fan was LOUD which is nice for privacy purposes. Thermostat worked well and quickly. I appreciated the TV channel guide being printed out so we could see all of our options. The ONLY negatives I can share - WiFi was extremely slow. I gave up trying to use it at all. In the morning, housekeeping knocking on a door nearby was so loud it woke me up in a panic because it sounded like they were coming into our room. All in all, very minor complaints to have. This is a nice hotel and I definitely recommend it.

Jacob was very kind and cool. Rooms were very clean. Service here was amazing. Pretty cheap.read more

Jeff played great music, got the crowd interacting and everyone out of their seats. He was such a joy to work with from the beginning to end. It took the stress out of worrying that the music and introductions would be right. He has a great song list; his website is a huge asset in helping to think of songs for certain parts of the wedding. His knowledge and experience make him the BEST choice. We had an hour and a half phone conversation a few weeks before the wedding where they made sure to have all of our favorite music for each part of the ceremony and reception, and even ensured they had the correct pronunciation of our wedding party for announcements! They've been in the business for a while and it clearly shows. They made sure to adhere to our "do not play" list and also took requests from guests. The sound was clear, volume was just right, and everyone had a fantastic time on the dance floor! I particularly appreciated how flexible they were with us throughout the day. Our photos were taking a little longer than expected so we had to push the timeline up a bit, and they didn't mind at all. Amy was so sweet and made sure to find my husband and me whenever it was time for certain things on the timeline, such as the first dance and cake cutting - she did so without being pushy or interrupting conversations we may have been having with guests. I am so glad we chose them for our special day, as music is so important to my husband and me. Thanks so much to Jeff and Amy for helping us have a stress-free wedding!

The tour is aimed at what children want, is rapid fire, shows kids what there is to do and that it is not only alright, but expected that they will push the buttons, sound the horns, ring the bells, touch and try, and generally have a good time. No hard sell here, just encouragement of fun. The show itself -- and I've seen several -- is delightful and captivating. No hushing the kids as laughter and responses called out are encouraged. Not rowdy or noisy, just fun and interactive. After the show you get to meet the puppets and see how they work. Discussion and questions are welcomed. I've taken my grandchildren and other kids ranging from toddlers to 10 year olds, including a three year old on the autism spectrum, and they all had a blast. Be sure to budget time after the show because the kids will definitely want to explore some more and try out everything from funny sunglasses to wear to photo boards. The owner is an art teacher at an area elementary school and has a real affinity for children. Will take the time to engage with them, draw their favorite creature on the balloon they receive at the end of the show, and generally make them feel comfortable and happy. What are you waiting for? Go to the next performance, you won't regret it and you will return.
