Honestly super disappointed with this place. My job moved to Norwell so we have been trying new lunch places. The 4 times I've ever ordered from them they always forget something, ordered today and decided not to tip until the driver arrived and I saw that everything was there. Well good thing I didn't tip, driver didn't even show up with our whole order ( which was not a surprise at all) & to top it off my food was BEYOND over cooked. First of all the cole slaw was a disgrace, literally it was dryer than my knuckles on a cold winter morning & then the chicken tenders were almost burnt. This place is a favorite for ordering lunch at the office. We all have our favorite items. Everything is good and delivery is way earlier than estimated. And they always deliver to the correct office. Unlike door-dash/ uber eats drivers. I ordered delivery today at 4:30ish it was delivered at 5:15 even though it was estimated to be delivered 5:25-5:35 i was happy! Just stopped in as I was driving by to get some food. I have a really busy day today and need to drive around the State for my job. I came in and ordered a Small Pie with few toppings and patiently waited. There must have been about 15 ppl that ordered after me including ordering the same things and left before me with their food . I haven't tasted the pizza yet but I will never come back to place that takes 27 minutes to make a small pizza. Work on your Service !!!! read more

I love Boston Pizza! I've been ordering delivery here for over a year now. They deliver to my workplace, use the proper entrance, use the proper ext. and they're always earlier than the standard "40 minutes" they tell me they'll be. Maybe it's because I order salads with grilled chicken... but at any rate- I've never waited an unusually long time for my food. I've had pizza, salads, pasta dinners, subs... everything has always been fresh, hot, and on time. They're my go-to whenever I feel like getting takeout now. read more

The food is average. Food enough for me to order from in a pinch. Pizzas are decently sized . Salads are probably not the strong suit of this place. More greens than any other ingredients. Your basically buying a head of lettuce with a few sprinkles of accessory ingredients. I mostly stuck to the pizzas which can become quite pricey after u add additional ingredients (which you also don't get much so it's better to stick to the ore ade ones) The one star is if your lucky enough to get the food delivered watch out for the delivery drivers who think they can back out of a 150' driveway in the dark without damaging your property. Think they only have A couple drivers who all do the same thing. Normally they just run over your yard ..no biggie. This time they took out my Xmas decorations. Not expensive by any means however an apology would have gone a looong way. I would've been like mistakes happen. However they just took off with the damage to be found the next morning. Called the shop and apparently manager was in CA . NO MESSAGE ever returned. Disappointed to say the least. In this day an age a simple response would've gone a long way. I wasn't loooking for anything more than recognition that they messed up. My fault continuing to use this place after noticing certain driver tendencies. Won't happen again. read more

Did a online pickup order thinking it was for the one is Randolph but it was actually sent to this one, the food was great but it ended up taking longer the pick it up because we had made a mistake on the location. The guy was closing but he was really nice about waiting for us. When we got there he was happy to give us our food and showed great customer service. Hard dough, flavorless and soggy - if that's how your dream pizza sounds like, you will have a blast. And yeah, there are two kids at the front desk named Taylor and Anna who will make sure that you leave the place extremely annoyed. They got some real attitude problem. I wish we had found this place earlier! My wife and I moved to the area about a year ago and have been looking for great hand tossed pizza like we used to eat up in the city. Tried a few places over the year, but other than papa ginos there really wasn't much that was good. We stumbled on this place by chance and decided to give them a shot. We were not disappointed! After ordering a delivery lunch I noticed my sub was wrong. I had ordered a Turkey sub with pickles lettuce and Mayo. I came with pickles and cheese. No Mayo. No lettuce. After picking the cheese out I took a bite. Gross a dry Turkey sub. I called and told them the mess up and they told me that all Turkey subs come with cheese. After checking the menu I realized its not even an item on their menu. I said that's fine but I asked for lettuce and Mayo and its not there. We've ordered before and it was good not Monday. I had a big party Sunday was pretty tired. Monday we ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza that was tasteless. My son ordered meat lovers and added fresh garlic. It was that garlic out of the jar added after it was cooked. My grand daughters spaghetti and meatballs had no sauce. She's 2 hope you're proud of your self for giving her your attitude. Hey if you don't want to work the Holiday don't punish me. Just stay home.wont order again read more
