I can't say enough great things about this Papa Gino's! The entire team went above and beyond, especially Charles, Vinny, Bridget, and Oscar. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious as always, and the service was impressively fast without feeling rushed. You can really tell this team cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Out of all of the Papa Gino's I have gone to I can say the food at this one was a real disappointment. The chicken parm sub was not made with any care. The Buffalo chicken pizza was no more than a bunch of Frank's red hot sauce with butter drizzled all over it along with a ranch or blue cheese dressing. There was so much sauce that the pizza was not even enjoyable. Me and my wife had two slices each and then through it out. I finally met a pizza I didn't like. Tonight really was a waste of $37. read more

Papa Gino's has changed their recipe. I remember years ago, their pizza was light, crisp, and had a higher cheese to sauce ratio. The color of their pizzas was yellow. In the last, maybe five years, I've noticed that their pizzas are now more reddish in color due to the higher sauce to cheese ratio. I've noticed that this is the case across several different locations that I've been to. It's a completely different pizza, and it sucks compared to the old recipe! The service is better than most Papa Gino's locations. The staff is polite and they notify you when the food is ready. Sounds like a simple concept but apparently it is lost on a lot of food service employees these days. The pizza is the same classic Papa Gino's as always. read more

I usually get the "all you can eat pizza" for $4.99 plus tax available Monday thru Wednesday , 4 to 8 PM. That might have gone up to $5.99. Last time the pizza was not fresh, as it had been sitting there for a while, and the pepperoni slices were obviously not real, as they would just put slabs of pepperoni on the regular cheese slices and heat that up in the front slice pie holder, where it stays until given to the customer. This used to be the go to Papa's , as the one in my home town of Weymouth, the one on Washington Street, really went downhill. Unfortunately this one is trending in the same direction. I placed a pick up order. It was ready by the time said "20" minutes. Took the pizza back to my hotel, and inedible. Tasted like someone mixed soap with the marinara, I threw it away but kept the salad. Hopefully that's better for lunch tomorrow. Awful pizza taste from the crust or marinara, wasn't able to tell. Writing to provide service feedback: I work 12 hour days and sometimes have no chance of sitting aside to eat. Next thing you know, the GM named April randomly sent 2 free boxes of cheese pizza to our local business so that they can get their name out. It was delicious and just what my team needed! I called them to thank them and they were very pleasant on the phone! It wasn't a service we asked for but was provided. I met up with my fiance here for a pizza date on his dinner break/my Xmas shopping break tonight. We opted for the All You Can Eat option and had a great meal of delicious, well-made classic Papa-G's pizza. I was totally impressed by the female manager/shift supervisor who was taking up the slack and keeping things running. She was kicking butt both with her managerial and customer service skills. Don't order from here, I ordered ONE pizza a month ago and it took over an hour and a half.. Ordered another margarita pizza this week and it had no basil on it.
