So I'm quite familiar with Boston Pizza. I've spent many hours at Boston Pizza locations in many parts of Alberta and Edson is no exception. While it might not be the largest of Boston Pizzas, this location is conveniently located with lots of parking and EV charging nearby. We were able to charge our vehicle while having a delicious (and affordable) lunch. Food at Boston Pizza may be rather standardized in general but that doesn't make it bad. The washroom was decent and the service was good. The staff member we interacted with checked in with us frequently. It wasn't busy when we were there most recently. read more

I came here on October 19th (my birthday) with about 12 other people. We were being served by an Asian women and she continuously messed up our orders I am not complaining about that because I understand mistakes happen. When it came time to pay our bills she said all of our bills were automatically printed and they're was no way the bills could be messed up. My friend paid for my order and we left with about 5 people from our party left paying. At the end one person had their bill paid for twice but she claimed we hadn't payed for ours, she proceeded to go print a new receipt which she specifically said wasn't possible because all the bills were printed correctly. The last person ended up paying $40 extra dollars due to the 'unpaid' bill. I would highly not recommend going here. read more

We came for business to Edson and had lunch here in Boston Pizza. An older lady served us, didn't even greet us, she just asked our drinks and she was in hurry even when she took our main course. Food came to the table without any single words from her, very rude! No follow up check on the food. She came back when we were almost done and ask about the bill. If Im a restaurant owner I would rather put her at back of the house, Washing dishes maybe could be good fit to her! No customer service! Another amazing dinner from bps our favorite pizza place. We got it delivered - it was here 20 minutes earlier than they quoted. We had salt and pepper wings and all meat bites - so fricken good! Unfortunately I had to eat here because my only other option was A&W. My order or calamari arrived cold and was pretty stingy for $11.95. And my chopped chicken salad was nothing to rave about. My starter arrived with my entree and it's not like the place was busy. It was 9 pm on a Monday night. There were 4 tables being served in the whole joint. I ate in the lounge. Lounge is nice. My meal was fine. No problems. I think it's a nice place if you sit in the lounge as it has TV screens and cozy feel. Lounge has an upper level. This is a working town full of hotels. As such all the pubs are full of men including original Joes or Galloways or BP. Pizza and chicken salad with pecans were good. Well it was great once upon time... With the revolving door of staff service and consistency suffer. My wife and I used to frequent this location for their gluten free selection. However when they removed goat cheese from the menu.. It went from ok to I will cook at home and serve my family rather than paying for processed food. And I did manage a Boston Pizza in Calgary years ago, I can no longer say that with the same pride I once did. read more

Terrible service and average food. I sat in the lounge and ordered a water to drink, which took 20 minutes to get to my table. My order was all wrong, cold, and stale. I have been to many other Boston Pizza locations that were bring like this. When I was paying the bill the waitress displayed her impatience and told me she was in a hurry, and then rolled her eyes and huffed away when I didn't tip. Very disappointing. read more

Best place to eat in edson. Lots of options for drinks and food. Management is great. Went in for supper, new girl that was getting trained was awesome. Great smile and super intentive. Bps is always a great option for birthday parties or having drinks with your friends. Would always reccomend if you stop by Edson and you are looking for a bite to eat. read more

We end up having to go here when we visit Edson which is quite often as we have family in the area. This is our grand childrens favorite place to eat. Anytime we go here it is disappointing to adults we've been the only.people in the restaurant and have to wait an extremely long time for service and food. The food is a always cold and not tasty at all. Grilled chicken has been so hard I actually broke a tooth trying to chew it. If it was my choice we wouldn't return I do believe I would prefer McDonald's over the food here. read more
