Came in here the other day after a long camping trip. It took forever for someone to greet us and another group at the door. They seemed to be avoiding the task all together. We finally got sat and then it took forever to have the server come over, then forever to have our drinks come. More of our friends wanted to join but the manager said there was a reso at the table and there was a 30 min wait at the door......the table in question sat empty for our entire stay there. Their manager didn't want to help accommodate us at all. To top off an already terrible time I found a hair in my food. When I told the server about it she said she would get someone to talk with me but no one ever came and we just left as we had already paid. 10/10 would not recommend as the attitude of the manager and the speed of service was just atrocious. read more

We went to Boston Pizza for a birthday dinner on March 9. There were 9 of us, and we were celebrating 3 birthdays. When the menu came, staff told us they were trying out a new menu. We looked forward to ordering some of our favorite dishes, but found they were not on the 'new menu." Some of the items that are now missing: 1) French onion soup 2) Mediterranean salad 3) Pulled pork 4) Calamari All of these items we would have ordered. We considered just paying for our drinks and leaving to go another restaurant, but because the children were hungry, we decided to stay. We also did not order from the Bar like we usually do. For many years this has been our go to place to celebrate family events, but we will not return if the "new - downsized" menu becomes permanent. We would come back again if the old menu was there. I like to go to Boston Pizza for wing Wednesday and a pint. The last wing Wednesday I went the server was so rude. I asked for mild wings and she came over with chicken bites covered in hot sauce. I asked the fellow that seated us to change my order because I didn't receive wings. The server came back brought the hottest wings and slammed my plate on the table saying " you ordered Chicken Bites !" Then she rolled her eyes at me. Also as we were paying for our bills she had the audacity to over charge on our bill. I used to like to go there and this experience didn't sit well because she seemed racist toward us. read more
