I decided to try one of the new pizzas they have and I was not disappointed. This has to be one of the best restaurant pizzas I've had and I will definitely be ordering this again as long as it's not a seasonal item. I'm always a fan of thicker pizza and this was doughy and delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised with how spicy it actually was typically Buffalo doesn't have much of a kick. Took advantage of their $14.99 pasta special happening all month long at Boston Pizza. It looks like the last Yelp review was years ago so time for a new one. This is the second time I visited this BP. The first time I was hesitant due to poor reviews but we came in last March to celebrate my little sister's birthday and wow wow wow the food was all delicious! Everything! Nachos were huge and tasty, pastas were huge and delicious, pizza was yum and full of toppings, chicken was tender and juicy. We were very surprised. Ok now onto my current experience: So we came here and got two pasta specials: Smokey meatball and spaghetti, chicken and mushroom fettuccine, and a big kid pizza meal. Big kid meal is $2 more and bigger with more stuff. In this case we got a bigger pizza with 2 toppings on top of cheese and sauce, a drink which we upgraded to the cotton candy milk for extra $2, and side of fries but you can also get salad, as well as ice cream or take away dessert. Total for this big kid combo was $13. Note the pizza was loaded with toppings and delicious. The two pasta dishes were HUGE. I know their take out portions are smaller but in house portions are like two meals each. We literally ate half of the plate each and were full. Lots of leftovers. Both were tasty and meatballs were huge and not dry at all. Service was fast and friendly. They got this cute robot kitty server running around delivering food to your table. Sorry forgot to take a picture of that but it was fun to watch. Total was $55 plus tips. We were in and out in 45 minutes with dinner for the next day. I recommend them for good eats and good value. It's a chain but I really like this location. Great for watching the game with their multiple tv screens and good for groups too. The only negative thing I have to say is their kid drinks are disgusting lol sorry they are so sweet and artificial O couldn't drink my fizzy peach at all. My kid loves loves loves the drinks though. So that's just me. A boring adult. What do I know about delicious kids drinks anyways?!? I'll stick with my cocktails. read more

s he only person at the bar. They politely turned the channel to the game I wanted to watch, served my drinks, and then I never saw them again. No one returned to the bar for well over 30 minutes. My drinks were empty for over 15 mins. I paid when I had to flag someone down and went next door to Bollocks. Service was much better. Meh. The food is just ok. The service was great. We both ordered pasta dishes and there was nothing special about them. The Bacon Wrapped Steak Skewers appetizer was the best thing I've ever had at Boston Pizza. It was refreshing to get something that stood out. Hoping they come out with a new menu to revive the pasta. I usually order a pizza or a sandwich, so it looks like it's back to that for my next visit. read more

I am just writing to say that the Classic Ceasar is less than Classic. Although the menu advertises a variety of condiments in the Ceasar, it comes with literally nothing. A broken limp piece of celery. Such a disappointment when your craving that Ceasar. I would have slammed the restaurant, however the patio server was amazing. Clearly not his fault that the beverage was less than adequate. Do not order this beverage if your looking for that amazing picture on the menu. The food was okay. read more

Not so much a review as a few tips. They serve halal chicken options here which allows for some great options if you are looking for halal food (only chicken) but they can do baked wings, chicken breasts, pastas, pizza etc read more

Dear Boston Pizza; I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and P.t.S.d Although I am not legally required to inform you of what is wrong with me. I want you to know. In early 2011 I was attacked at knife point and thrown down a flight of stairs in my home. The police attended and told me they would not be doing anything about it. Since then I have had to move in with my dad and my common law. I can barely leave my home and when I do I get very sick. I have been adapting to rehabilitation quite well. Today I had a preventable melt down. I ordered what I always order from my local boston pizza I believe I order twice a month. The driver called me and told me there is no parking at my apartment building and what they ALWAYS do is just get people to come downstairs. There is ample visitor parking and most delivery drivers park in the circle. I told him that I have always had it delivered to my door and I am unable to leave my home. He then began to raise his voice at me and tell me that's the way it has always been if I don't like it I can speak to his manager. This to me was perceived as a suggestion he was calling me a liar. I then had a melt down. I want you to know I am very embarrassed by this preventable situation and if I was capable of leaving my home I would of taken a bus and dined in. I want you to know the manager Kyle was AMAZING with me on the phone while I was having a panic attack and he made sure the driver delivered to our door. Unfortunately, due to the delivery driver's behavior I will not be ordering from this location again. The distress is not worth it. I do not like being disrespected the way the driver disrespected me. I need to protect my mental health and do what is right for my mental health. I also want to point out the driver told the person who I had to answer the door for me (I didn't want to see him as I was too upset) the issue is he does not like parking here. People with apartment building phobia should not be delivery drivers maybe he should be moved to the kitchen where he can have very little interaction with customers. I do not think he should be fired because we all make mistakes. read more

The portions were big and good for the price; pretty delicious too. The service was fast and the restaurant looked nice and clean. The only thing that I have to say was a bit odd is that when I ordered and drank the ice tea, it tasted like lemonade. Over all it was good. read more

Went here with family friends and kids. Loved the service. Staff here is amazing. Considering we had some allergy issues. They took special care of us. Manager frequently came by to make sure we are happy. Couldnt have asked for better service. Impressive. read more
