They actually serve 4 eggs which I assume they are using medium sized eggs. That's OK as the extra makes up for the smaller eggs. You get a choice of toast ( white, whole wheat or rye) along with shredded potato hashbrowns or home fries. My mother-in-law ordered the Western Omelet with ham and onion. She really enjoyed the dish and she managed to eat almost half of the dish. The coffee is bottomless and the service is very friendly.
