All of the members of the staff were very nice and professional. She saw Dr. Santoro who was excellent and explained every step of the process and then his finding relative to her exam. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking eye care.

Either her script was incorrect or the place filling her prescription was wrong. Dr was very rude and unconcerned. I expected to be checked immediately but was told to go back to whomever filled the script which I did then called back to be checked and was told she was on vacation for weeks. After that Dr said it was now too much time had gone by.. close to $500 in glasses lost and I need to start over. Terrible follow up on OCB's part.

They helped me out BIG time when I was between health insurance and had an eye emergency. I had a (come to find out) really rare infection in my eye that made it constantly in pain and red and watery, and I HAD to see somebody about it, and Dr. Cotter helped me out big time. Professional and super friendly and disarming (I get wicked nervous around doctors, but he made me relaxed right away) I got the help I needed and they were really good about billing. Highly recommend them.

Paul said to me that'if I went to him for my eye exam, that I would still be covered under the VA insurance. I call up the VA and canceled my free appointment, and went through Paul cotter. one month after my appointment with Paul, I received a bill through his company for $200. I called him and asked him why I received a bill. he said I'm sorry but your insurance did not cover your visit. I think it's unfair that Paul cotter takes advantage of military vets. now I'm stuck with this bill.
