They clearly understood our situation--we just needed to get the house in good shape to sell--and never once tried to upsell us. In an age where so many companies subcontract everything out, it was incredibly refreshing to work directly with a father-and-son team who clearly take pride in their work. We even spent some time swapping stories about great rock 'n' roll shows we've seen. On their way out, I asked if we could quickly borrow their measuring tape to check the size of a missing piece of siding, since we planned to try fixing it ourselves. Paid a higher price thinking I would get a better product and better support. The roof was done quickly and seems to be a good product, but the support is absolutely terrible... Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. As promised...follow up...the repairs seem decent and, after a struggle, they fulfilled their end of the deal, so i will give them 4 stars . Thank you for finally getting the job done.
