Fresh produce (I packed up a package of mint here that cost about $2 - and it was about 5x as much mint as you get in those little plastic containers at Kroger or Fresh Market), jarred food products (I picked up some hot pepper paste), canned goods, frozen food products, spices, grains (I picked up some couscous), etc. It has a lot to offer. Hubs and I walked around the store looking at all the different items. I picked up feta cheese, fresh pita bread and package with two pitas that had a coating of zaatar. I was looking for what my friend in California called Lebanese pizza but didn't see any. This store has fresh halal meats and most everything needed to prepare foods. I didn't see fresh vegetables. When we came home, I opened the two pack of zaatar coated pitas, warmed them up and served them with fresh feta and my own homemade Shirazi salad and the pitas were fire! I will buy them again!!! Thankfully, we have an abundance of other options in South Nashville within a stone's throw of Mazfresco. But this business has unfortunately lost a faithful, 10-year customer.
