I spoke to the person on call at the shop and she was helpful and simpatico. Sorry I forgot her name. The only reason this is not a five star is I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered around noon or before they did not arrive until 455pm. Nevertheless my daughter loved them. We typically show up at the beginning of the season (and if I understood correctly, we were the first ones to buy a tree this year). There is a lot going on at that time, trees being moved, opened up, etc., and every time - without exception - Ken is remarkably helpful, taking time to show us around, discuss options, and in true Ken fashion, throwing in some great humor that really amuses my kids, who really enjoy the process. He ultimately wants to ensure that we pick the right tree, and this is how I've always seen him interact with others as well. Last, but most definitely not least, the trees are always full and beautiful, and they have consistently lasted us from around Black Friday all the way until January without issue.

Nothing, over 2 hours. I called the Nursing Home and guess what, the deliver guy did a drop and go. Did not request permission to hand deliver to the room. Did not inquire to deliver to the room. Verified from the receptionist, not once but twice. Called Brasco's and the person said, "I'll speak to the driver". That was his reply. Not even a sorry and let me reimburse you for the failure of direct delivery. How many years had my mother had a relationship with Brasco's Florist, too many to count. UNACCEPTABLE, I WILL ONLY TELL PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM BRASCO FLORIST EVER AGAIN.

I try to support local, small businesses. I have purchased many flowers from this shop over the years. Most were online with delivery. Thankfully any of the times I was in the shop I had minimal interactions with the owner. I recently called the shop and spoke with Heidi to order an arrangement for my brother in-law's burial. I explained that this was especially difficult as he was killed in an accident. We decided on an arrangement, a price and a day/time that I would pick them up. When I arrived for pick-up the flowers were more expensive than the price we discussed. No explanation was given and when I asked about it she said it was because she used more roses. I think that any consumer would agree that a business should never change an invoice without notifying the customer. It doesn't matter if it is for $15 or $500. There was a price and it was agreed upon. If she wanted to change things, she needed to check with me first Her response was unprofessional and unkind. "You am never happy" and went off about the flowers, etc. I did complain ONCE about a delivery that was VERY small and skimpy compared to the photo and the price. What she said was untrue and uncalled for. When I told her that I could not have this conversation with her on this specific day as I was going to a funeral (which she knew) and to please just run my credit card, she did not stop. I had to ask her again to please stop talking and to just run my credit card. The icing on the cake was that my credit card was charged TWICE for this arrangement, which was several hundred dollars. That was an ordeal itself to get it corrected. I will NEVER purchase flowers from this business again. I hope whatever satisfaction she got from being so unkind to me on such a difficult day was worth it.
