I don't come often to The Harmony store because its a 45 minutes drive from North Miami, however, every time I go, I get great pieces. During Black Friday "week" they had 35% off in all items, so I planned to be there in advance. And boy! It was totally worth it. The store its organized by stones names and colors, what makes the pick selection super easy. And if you are like me that like to touch the crystals before buying them, this layout its just perfect. This time I needed a couple of classic crystals, but the real deal was finding the perfect Lemurian quartz. These quartz are usually very pricey, but I heard so many wonderful things about the Lemurian being great for deep meditations that I was beyond thrilled to score one, with 35% off its regular price. The staff its super friendly and helpful, and I just wish the owner open a second location in North Miami. She won't have any competition, that's for sure.

First of all, I don't live in Miami anymore so to celebrate my mom's birthday, I thought it would be nice to send her a cake with a balloon and flowers. I know for a fact that Edible Arrangements is supposed to call the recipient before delivering, especially since they were going to be delivering cake. I read the FAQs and did all my research and the FAQs even say Edible® may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. It does not say anything about leaving the package unattended. Their emails also say: From hand-designed to hand-delivered. This was NOT hand-delivered. So I called the store and let them know that I had received an email saying that it was delivered, but my mom wasn't home...how did they deliver this then?? The lady who answered said they probably left it at the front door and I told her a cake??? They left a cake at the front door?? She proceeded to leave me on hold for about 15 minutes, which I didn't care since she did explain that she was calling the driver and then her general manager. Well she spoke to the driver and the driver told her that she called the number she was provided with and no one answered so she left the cake outside of the door. Instead of taking the cake back to the store and calling me to let me know that no one was picking up or attempting later, she decided to be lazy and leave it by the door. A cake. The general manager didn't seem to care much either since I haven't received a call from her after leaving my number. I told the lady I would either like a refund or a redelivery because it was absurd to leave a cake outside the door....its a cake...it's perishable....and she assured me that I wouldn't be getting a refund or a redelivery. Oh the lady I spoke to? She is apparently a store manager, but doesn't know how to do her job. I'm honestly wondering how people even get these "manager" jobs...you can tell when someone doesn't like their job. Anyways I'm sad to say I've had a horrible experience with this store. If you are out of the city/state please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They will leave your cake/fruit etc outside in the heat. Fine I will say it's in a thermal bag, but the whole point of edible arrangement is for the products to be hand-delivered hence their email saying from hand-arranged to hand-delivered...

Last time I came in I bought about $60 in items (even though I was unemployed). After paying the owners offered to take some of my money to be placed in a red envelope to be blessed for the Chinese new year. I thanked them and gave them a bill. They asked me to come back after the new year with my ID to pick it up. I came to pick it up and was asked to buy a salt water cure. I had a family friend get one for me so I didn't need to buy one, and I politely declined. The lady literally raised her voice at me screaming saying that next time I can get my bill blessed somewhere else and its by me buying salt water cures that her business is maintained. (eyebrow raise) I didn't realize that the owners secretly expected me to buy a $30 item from their store in order to pick up a $5 bill that was blessed (looks like they had a box full of 100+ other bill envelopes for their other customers so they simply included mine in the batch). They never mentioned at that time that I needed to buy something when picking up my envelope (I just had to bring my ID they said) - I thought they had offered kindly since I made a purchase at their store. They spread around so much negative energy at the time of pickup that they ruined my experience at their store. I have always come to visit this store with respect and kindness only to be met with this clown show today. Unbelievable that a feng shui business that is supposed to promote harmony, health, and prosperity would consider treating their customer this way. If you're a feng shui master and you're great at what you do, you should know how to harness your knowledge and abilities to bring abundance to you and therefore there should be no worry if one person didn't buy your salt water cure this time around.
