He was giving her some type of training tips or something. This customer was standing at the counter and was being ignored by the two employees. She then said, "excuse me." Joshua told her to wait. He continued to talk with the other employee. I felt so bad for this lady. After quite some time and when Joshua was good and ready he pointed his finger at her and asked what she wanted. Almost like scolding a dog. It was just rude. I'm not sure what customer service training program Pier1 people go through. But, this was terrible and unacceptable. To make a customer wait while you finish a conversation with another employee and then treat them like he did was just wrong.

There's no place for a "line" so customers just stand on either side of the travel (miniature) items and hope that's where the line starts. After showing ID and leaving the store to the parking lot, I realized the items were not what I ordered. I quickly returned to the store to get the correct items. The cashier was able to quickly replace the incorrect item with the correct one. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience or acknowledging her error. It's already hard enough trying to buy nice flowers online. This company failed me, and my trust of online ordering anymore. Back in the day, you could order flowers online anywhere and the bouquets they delivered were stunning. Now a day, people just don't care anymore about good customer service, and actually trying to make their customers happy with a good product.
