If you haven't been to this location in a while, please give it another chance! The vibe here is so nice now. Kendall and the girl with red/black hair and braces are both so sweet. I feel like I'm talking with a friend, not just an employee when I go shopping now. I'm not a big in-person shopper so having employees that are understanding and friendly really lessens my anxiety. The new products and sales Bath and Body has been rolling out are amazing. I love their aromatherapy line and the concentrated room scents they offer. Their laundry scents are really nice too. I try to get those during a good sale. They offer buy online and pick up in store at this location. This location is in the same shopping area as the Target on Main Street in Hesperia. I went to this BBW today to redeem my free gift and I was immediately acknowledged by one of the beautiful girls there. She even stopped what she was doing to introduce me to a few new fragrances that just came out. I thought that was so nice so thank you. I ended up buying the new White Tshirt fragrance instead of my usual Sweet Pea. I love everything about this store. It provides a little escape from work during lunch break. It is clean, colorful and the windows let a lot of light in so the entire store has a nice ambiance. It doesn't get any better than a helpful staff, clean store and fast checkout. read more

Really nice store my complaint is with the employee today February 9th at 12pm I went in to see if maybe they had the gumball and rootbeer candle early since the release is tomorrow I asked the employee at the door she didn't know what I was talking about then she said oh it comes out next Thursday false it comes out tomorrow then in the middle of our conversation she turns around and greets another customer completely shines me off very unprofessional employee she should take the time to learn about promotions new products and sales this is part of yur job read more

This store is the worst I swear they make up their own hours. I've literally tried to shop here 4 times and every time there close an hour earlier than the day before or mid day there closed ... Why is this store even here if there not gonna stay open. So disappointing. read more

They lie to their customers. They promise a 100% guarantee but when I tried to exchange a candle that burned a little over half way because it took on an unpleasant burned odor I was told the policy changed and they can throw it away for me. Never have I ever had such a negative experience and a bath and body works! Was visiting family for the holidays and decided to take my mom to shop here for the first time and was in disbelief at how bad our checkout experience was. Keilani who was on register was very persistent at having us enter a phone number to which we politely declined twice despite her very sneaky tactics. Once she seen we were firm on not wanting to enter our information on the screen her friendly demeanor quickly changed. She proceeded to scan all our items and drop them in bag with an attitude and did not speak to us for the rest of our two transactions. She made it a point to turn her back to us and wonder around the register throughout the checkout process. Once the transactions were completed she slipped the receipts in the bag and slid them across the counter without a word. Honestly being a bitch to me and mom doesn't even bother me as the holidays just passed and I get people are burnt out but being a bitch to my 9 year old niece and rolling her eyes and turning her back when she said thank you is pretty damn low. Had a neutral experience with the rest of the associates but was pretty stunned to find out Ms.Keilani was the shift supervisor. Came in to do a return ended Up doing an exchange AND Making a Purchase . First off , I hate how they watch you the entire time , guess what I'm not actually there to steal, I have a job that pays me in real money , (but that's to be expected there, they are super nice (fake) but watch you like you're a Criminal ) Got to the register and was told " this is why I don't shop online than you have to return stuff " ok , are suggesting I don't shop with your company or are you just trying to make me Feel bad for exchanging? Than someone else got in line a minute later, the associate than proceeded to tell the person waiting "I'm so sorry about the wait , I will be right with you " like 5 times . Ok well I'm also a customer and You have only been helping me for 30 seconds , thanks for making me feel like an inconvenience I seriously got into bbw during the pandemic out of Boredom , I feel like digging up my receipts and doing one massive return, than you can really vent about my return and be irritated with my time at the register, should of just walked in and returned in the first place, my bad , lesson learned read more

Really disappointed in the store for not having pop up tents for their customers it gets to be 110 degrees some days out here and it's not ok to let your customers wait hours to get products. I am grateful they did hand out waters but what would have really been nice was sunscreen! The staff was all very nice which helped! Wearing a mask in this heat is terrible and I think they could use tents to keep people out of the sun. Hoping they can improve their system. read more

I went to this new location today because they were having a sale for lotion, only $2.95! Roxane greeted me when I first walked in. Her customer service was fantastic! She instantly let me know the deals and helped me find the product I was looking for. The store was super busy but she took the time to help me out and was so friendly while doing it. Their instore pick up process is not working great after 11 hours order was still not ready ....took a while but manager made it work Thank you for your efforts truly appreciate you .... just one suggestion with limitations maybe customers should be limited to only few minutes at a time to get more customers in your Store . read more

I want to say thank you to LAURA.. she is the manager at the store.. I had got in a deal for candles for two for 20 a week ago.. this week I seen that they have the buy two get two free!! So I called and asked if it was possible to somehow take up the new deal because a lot of retail stores do that as long as it's within a certain time period of the receipt.. so she said yes bath and Bodyworks has a 14 day . Where they can give you the better deal but you need your receipt.. well I kid you not I trash dug through my trashcan looking for my receipt and couldn't find it so I called back and let her know.. she said she would try her best to make it work so long as I had my card I paid with and the items I purchased.. thankfully I did pay with a card and went to the store about an hour later and she went ahead and made it work.. very thankful now I have four candles!! This is a fair WARNING ! for anyone who is driving in from far. I called in for an item to be placed on hold and I did let them know it would take an hour until pick up. When I arrived they had just sold my item and unfortunately no more of the same "Halloween" items were available. Placed an order to pick up in store more than 24 hours ago and order still is not ready. I wanted to pick it up when I picked up my other "in store" orders instead of having to make several trips. Talked to customer service and all they can say is "sorry". Not good enough! Every other store I ordered from had my items ready within a few hours and here we are more than 24 hours later and still nothing. Very poorly run store, need new management and employees who put customers first. Very inconvenient, won't purchase from this store in the future. read more
