I came here after a bike ride and it was great. I ordered the kimchi cheese steak and it was quite delicious. There was a good amount of meat and it was cheesy and fresh. I really enjoyed my sandwich and will definitely be back to try other items. The service was also good; the people were friendly and welcoming. The place also looked clean and was spacious. Good evening, I was recently in your store. A week ago to buy a plant. Today I return to the to get a different plant or a refund. I asked the 2 ladies at the corner to help . Meet out with this matter. Both of the young ladies brushed me off. So I asked to speak with a manager or a owner and she said no I asked one young lady behind the counter for her name and she said no. As a customer, I felt very bad and no one wanted to help me out with this matter. The plant have bugs on it and I was just trying to get another plant. I come in there every year. To buy plants and I'm sorry that your store owners do not appreciate a customer as in myself. This is really gross and it makes me wonder what else expires or contains mold. Standard food handler guidelines are not being met. SNAP EBT users have a right to purchase cold food including cold cuts and items sold by the pound at the deli sections. If they can not follow HRA's guidelines they should not accept SNAP EBT at all. Hot food can not be purchased using SNAP benefits, but cold food can as long as it's from a grocery store/supermarket. read more

I like that this deli offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. I had the Tofu club which is vegan bacon, grilled tofu, avocado, lettuce, tomato and teriyaki sauce on a roll. I have to say that the sandwich is a palate pleaser. I haven't gotten the chance to try their boba teas but will do so next time! read more

Good customer service for the most part. Good sandwiches & lots of diversity in what you'd find there from mushrooms to sea moss gel. Once I found a couple hairs in our sandwiches though. They fixed that up for me, but none the less a turn off. I check my food before I eat it now & though it was only once, It kinda makes you cringe thinking you missed one. Botanical Market used to be my go to--convenient, always open, well priced. But now, there is no consistency to the food. Some days it's good, other days not so much. It's annoying to place an order for a BLT and an order of crispy fries only to get soggy fries and someone else's sandwich. Not a BLT. I feel bad for the other person who got my sandwich because they could possibly not eat pork. I ended up not eating the sandwich because I have no clue what it was. The majority of the floor space in this store is devoted to standard bodega fare - a lousy selection of dated groceries. But the gem of Ganzo's is the deli. It's the same Boar's Head that you can get across the street at the C-Town, but good god, so much fresher! The cold cuts here are just plain delicious! We have friends over for lunch on occasion. They always say the same thing. "This meat is yummy!" The place is not impressive looking at all, indoors or out. But looks deceive. These may be the best cold cuts in all of New York City! It's open 24 hours, and I often see cop cars and ambulances stopped out front. They know where to go for the best sandwiches in the area! read more

What can I say, this grocery store is right off the subway stop for work. The deli makes a variety of sandwiches which are big and tasty! I personally love the grilled chicken wrap! This place would normally get 4 stars if they weren't so expensive compared to the other nearby delis. We're talking about a difference up to $2 for the same sandwich. They really do have great sandwiches - and they are 24 hours which comes in handy sometimes! Though they are pricier than the supermarket and bodega, I often stop by for the occasional last minute purchase. I also frequent their flower section whenever I have to pick something up for my mom or grandma. Usually the flowers are fresh and pretty but sometimes they are no good and I have to go elsewhere. One memory I have with this place is when I was about 11-12 years old and was $5 short for a bouquet for my mom on Mother's Day. The guy was really nice and let me have it anyways! I order from here often, usually on Uber eats or door dash. Food has always been great and they are rather quick. Fair prices. However, after today's experience I likely won't be ordering again. Was missing an item from my order. Called the restaurant and the girl on the phone never apologized. Instead says, "well I know your order and I know I put it in there so it's in there." Well, I'm looking in the bag and it's not. Just apologize and don't be rude and blame it on other people like the delivery guy-- u mean he opened a stapled bag and then had a stapler in his vehicle and stapled it back together? And the manager didn't have time to speak about the issue but supposedly the girl says, "my manager is busy but he looked at the security tape and saw I put it in the bag." What?!? They have time to look at security footage but not speak to a customer on the phone? Rude. Learn how to treat people better. I have been in food service myself before for several years. Great Sandwiches!!!! Hands down the ONLY location where I get my sandwiches from. Although a bit more expensive than the usual deli sandwich (about $1-$2 more), it's well worth the extra money. The real gem of Ganzo's is the extensive array of floral arrangements they keep ready for purchase, at reasonable prices. They also do special orders, and the guys who cut them have always been friendly and accomodating with me -- and it's fun to watch them work. As for the store...the sandwiches are great, though the speed of service is variable, and the self-serve coffee is decidedly mediocre. read more

I made a call to this place to place a order on 8/19/2020. Mind you I placed a order at 10:25 am, I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, sausage sandwich with white bread toasted and buttered. With a fruit salad on the side. I asked her how much my totally she gonna say it's $12-$15 i said what's the price she couldn't even give me a price for the food. 11 o'clock rolls by I called asking looking for my order. They didn't even make the order talking about I didn't give my cell number. The chick didn't even ask for it, she asked for the address.
