I met Yan For the first time recommended by a friend and wow the most amazing pedicure I have ever had! She was so thorough took great care of me and my pedicure and was so fun! The massage chairs are very comfortable different settings to choose from so many colors just an overall great first experience and I will be back! This is now my new pedicure salon! read more

I had a terrible experience at this salon. While I was getting a pedicure, they rushed through everything and used an electric drill on my natural nails while wet--completely unprofessional and damaging. I specifically asked not to use an electric drill for removing my gel polish, and instead of listening, the technician kept asking me over and over how to soak it off with acetone--like I was supposed to teach them! It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and I won't be back. read more

Love this place! My gel manicure always looks great and lasts for weeks. Same for my pedicure! I get so many compliments, and I always recommend them. Today I was taken care of by Yen; wow! She'd been absent from the shop for four months but apparently is healthy and good again. Well she is the lady who the Queen Bee likes to take care of me. After today I can see why, although I pretty much agree anyhow. Without going into a whole lot of "TMI" detail, my largest nail on the right foot is quite a hassle and prone to infection. Although one of the other ladies here (Sophia) has taken heed of it, Yen gives it--and me--special attention. She trims it very close, cleans and digs it out, so to say...waaaay painful but it suits its purpose. However, she more than makes up for it by being gentle and providing extra massage/rub/etc. after the Torquemada treatment. She's very thoughtful and caring in her work; you'd think she was the big boss rather than Holly! That extra little something only cost an extra $5 for me, which is a bargain to say the least! Queen Bee is all taken care of too. She wound up with a lady we hadn't seen previously. At any rate, she was happy with the service, which for $20 is a very fair price for all the attention. You'll note that I upped it to five stars this trip; I think five stars really does justice to this place. Don't forget to get/keep their "frequent flyer" punch card. Collect ten stamps and then #11 is a freebie or $20 off. Many of the shops seem to do this for customer loyalty...I certainly won't complain since I get two stamps a visit: one for each of us! Buyer beware! On November 18, 2022 I went for a pedicure at Botanical Nails Bar & Spa of Clearwater Florida. The nail technician I had did a hatchet job not one big toe, but both. She dug at what she must have thought was ingrown toe nails on both sides of both big toes. Now as a result I have a nasty infection, and will most likely have to seek out medical attention from a Podiatrist. If I could I would have given them a zero star rating, in order to leave a review I had to choose how many stars. read more

They did a wonderful job, we all sat next to each other and I am pretty sure we all left more than happy with our pedis. I have been going to Botanical nails and spa for years. my friend, and her dad introduced me to them. My friend was visiting for the weekend and she made appointments for us to get pedis and 1 fill. We arrived 15 min early, they took my friends dad, then we were told we could sit in the other 2 chairs. People were coming in after us and they were serviced before me. Both my friend and her dad were done and they didn't even start my pedi, when they finally did I felt rushed then they were doing my fill and all I can say is the service was horrible. I will now have to start looking for another salon. read more

My mother and I went here yesterday for the first time and boy are we glad we did! We had Lon and Sally for pedicures and we were so impressed we opted for nails too! We weren't rushed even though they were quite busy and provided outstanding customer service. We have tried numerous nail salons around the Safety Harbor area and by far this is the best! Holly is amazing! I am from NYC and have found it very difficult to find someone who can create modern, on trend nails. I get stiletto shaped nails and on a whim, I called to make an appointment after having my nails butchered at another nail salon nearby. Holly accommodated me an hour before they closed, on a Sunday, despite being very busy and likely planning on going home soon after a long work day. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and ensuring they are happy. She kept checking the shape and making sure they looked perfect. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job, Holly! I can't wait to get a pedicure next time when I get my fill ins in a couple of weeks. 10/10 recommendation! read more

I used Sophia for my gel manicure and pedicure and several times now and my nails flawless! I recommend her !

This was the worst manicure that I've ever gotten. The underside of my nails had not been cleaned out at all, the shape is completely wrong, the color looked like it had experienced a weeks worth of growth the day I got them done, and there was nail polish on the tips of my fingers. I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

I just moved to Safety Harbor and found this place close to home. I walked in and asked for a dipping powder set. I was there on Thursday and it is now Sunday and the top coat is already peeling/chipping. The tech (male) replaced 2 of the tips and they are crooked and he didn't file them down so that they looked natural. After completing the process he didn't even level them off...my nails look awful! I thought the reason for dipping powder is so that you didn't have to put your hands under the UV-light? He definitely didn't demonstrate that he knew what he was doing and my nails are proof! Off to find another place so that I can get this mess cleaned up! UGH! read more

Needed to find a new nail place and decided to try here because it's close to home. I got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure chairs are the BEST! They gave the best massage I've ever had in one of those chairs! The pedicure was really nice. I got a shellac color and still looks like they were just done and it's been a week. I didn't get a color on my fingers. Just needed them cleaned up. I'll definitely be going back! The place is very clean and everyone was really friendly. Prices were decent. read more

This was the first time that I had been there, and First impression is everything. I asked for a full set and had Gel Tiger eye Polish. Well the lady that did the full set asked if i wanted them squared, pointed? I told her i wanted them active length as i am on a computer all day, and wanted them rounded. Every nail has a different shape and length and one finger is going in a totally different direction. Then she had to have some one else paint them, as she did not know how to paint this style of color. I get that. Well when they moved me to a different seat, then i was told "oh sorry the bottle is empty, we don't have that color" So we had to find a different color. The nail polish is all on my skin around the nails, and because the Tiger Eye polish was left on too long before using the tool, it did not work properly. The underneath's are sharp and feel like they were never filed down. Just a Mess, Glad i dont live in Clearwater, I'll never go anywhere else outside my nail Salon that i Normally go to. I was in Clearwater waiting on someone and needed to do something to kill time. Bad choice!!! read more

Service has gone downhill since new owners arrived. Had been a long time, regular customer - won't be going back. Hoping for some pampering, left annoyed. First tech starts out removing gel fro toes, has to be reminded nails need to be filed/ground first. She didn't know how to use grinder, so someone else took over. Finally, Sophie, began pedicure - she is great! Someone starts on Mani, we'll call him Bob. Bob, squeezes between 2 chairs on my right and attempts Mani. He takes my bottled water away, which was on left. Puts a pillow in my lap, which keeps slipping in foot bath and getting in Sophie's way. He's tripping over cords, stretching to get to my left hand. Only 2 coats of gel. Have always had at least 3. Totally uncomfortable. Very poor job - polish is streaky, doesn't Beach side of nails. Owner, takes me to Mani table after Sophie finishes, and starts grinding. After 3 hours I tell her I don't have time to start this all over again. Suddenly, she no longer understands English. Just nods and repeats " I sorry, only can say I sorry". Mind you, she'd been carrying on conversations in English up to this point. To be fare, I wasn't charged for the Mani, but certainly did leave feeling relaxed. Thank you Sophie for a great pedicure. read more
