The owner was with a client and the nail tech taking the call was very polite and tried to be helpful offering to fix any issues. Please be kind and treat people As you would like to be treated. I called and they said the manager didn't have time to talk, after they said they would get her to speak to me. Then they started being passive aggressive and condescending instead of apologizing. Regular pedicures start at $28, gel manicures start at $34 and for a broken nail you need dipped will run you about $7. Cathy is amazing. She was quick and efficient. I'm picky about the shaping of my nail and the thinness of them- she did them perfectly. Even the nail tech who sits next to her was doing a great job on her customers nails too. I just moved to the area and was struggling to find a good nail place. For some reason a lot of other nail salons don't have a lot of nail techs available or the nudes/light pink color options to select from- this place has an abundance. Horrible, DO NOT GO HERE! I got a fill and normal pedi. When I woke up the next morning the polish on my nails were peeling off. I had to super the flaking down for an event. The next day the polish with my gel pedi came right off my big toe. $125 later and now I have to go pay for color change and new pedi only 2 days later. Bad, bad, bad! read more

I told her I wasn't in a rush but two hours??She had to remove the gel coat from the previous pedicure I had, but still...I looked at my toes when I left and they don't look great. I called for an appointment, told them I wanted nail art, they said they could handle that. When I got there I showed them a picture of what I wanted...they said no problem. A woman showed me to a chair to do my pedicure, I wanted same art on big toe. The woman doing the pedicure didn't know how to do art so I settled for just color. I explained to her that when I got my manicure I wanted art. Another woman went and picked out color for manicure. When I went to table for manicure a gentleman welcomed me. As he started he kept saying something about hombre told him I want daisies. I ended up with one solid color with hombre sprinkled on. They ended up making it up, somewhat a few days later. It's had new owners and they renovated the place and it looks really good! I got a pedicure the first time I went and you get wine with your pedicure. I was in the area for a wedding and searched Yelp for a good salon. I clicked through the "Book Now' button on their FB page and asked for an appointment two days away. As I never heard back from them, I called Friday morning to check on my appointment. Was told they haven't used FB in a while, but they were able to schedule me for 4:00 pm. I paid $64 plus $10 in tips for a Classic Pedicure ($27) and French gel on my own short nails. I was not offered a beverage even though others had soda, water or wine. The pedicure was average (you don't get the neck wrap mentioned in another review unless you choose one of the more expensive pedicure options); nails were filed evenly and polished cleanly. I had two different technicians for my manicure. I told both that I never get manicures and that this was only my 2nd time having a French gel manicure; I showed both a picture of what I wanted. The tech doing the polishing asked if I wanted the white part thick or thin; I asked for thin, which matched the photo I showed her. I don't think what she gave me qualifies as thin; she went down the sides of my nails, giving them an almond shape. Not being familiar with getting manicures, I didn't feel comfortable asking her if it could be changed. I am happy with how the nails don't feel thick and heavy; I don't know how long it'll take for the white polish left on my skin around some of the nails to wear off. Salon seemed clean, and most techs wore their masks properly. I saw minor attempts at sanitation of the pedicure chairs after a client left. The manicure table I sat at was not clean, and the floor underneath was littered with debris. read more

So I am sure you heard all the reviews about every single nail salon that's out there in Florida. I must say that of all the years that I've been here this is the best salon ever on a planet! Val, the owner is so caring about her clients and always goes the extra mile for everyone. She does an awesome job, uses the best products, and it's got the best relaxing atmosphere. I also take all of my clients to see her because she is the best in the business. I have written many reviews on Yelp about the services I had come across at other salons but this definitely takes them all. I would not steer you wrong when it comes to her service and expertise. In addition, her staff really know what they're doing. That's actually a rarity here in Florida as most of them are usually there just to take your money or charge you an exuberant amount of money to get what you really want. Just look at the proof from the pictures as it speaks for itself. Obviously the other person who wrote their review has tried to haggle their way to pay less for their services and that is not uncommon in Florida.
