I received the most sloppy rushed nail job. I could tell my nail tech was rushing while doing the service, the gel x lamp even kept dying, instead of getting a new one, he just rushed through gluing the nails on uneven. The polish job was fine but there were spots I had to ask him to redo that he wouldn't have after rushing. 6 of my nails broke by day 10... I left out of town so i could not go back to have them fix any. I will just never go back I have no complaints about my pedicure read more

Man i wish there was more positive things i could say. At first the staff were very friendly and helpful. The first stylist doing my nails was rushing way too much. He had to fix one of my acrylics 3 times because it kept falling off since he wasn't letting the glue dry. He was also way too hard on the drill and 6/10 of my fingers bled and i never typically do. He then told me I needed to go to a different stylist to get them painted where he basically ran out the back door to leave. The lady who painted my nails was so rude and kept pushing my hands out of the way. After all this the total comes out to 80 before tax when the website said 55 for acrylic with polish. Guess they gave me gel without asking. Anyways lucky i gave them two stars. Never coming back. Happy i didnt top. My husband took me in for a treat to get my toes done. I only go once every few months. I haven't done my finger nails in over a year to give them a rest from the dip powder. My husband said why don't you do that too and I thought why not? They took us right away. Our pedicures were good but the lady doing my husband's seemed tired and not friendly. I mentioned I was thinking about doing my fingers and she said I had to do it now then. I said fine even though I've never had a good manicure from a sideways nail tech. It's uncomfortable for me as well trying to enjoy my pedi. I showed him an ombre dip nail and he got started. I soon found it was rushed and sloppy. They were super thick and lumpy. I noticed he hadn't done the ombre with the sparkle dip powder and asked him where the second dip color was before he started but he said he knew. Then I decided he was most likely going to paint a thick coat of sparkle gel on after he was still not adding the second dip color. I do not want that , they don't look as nice, and were already way too thick without coats of sparkle gel. I told him please just do a normal topcoat then and skip the ombre at this point. He should have thinned them out more and shaped them when I was telling him they were too thick before the top coat (that round ball of play dough look) I'm a polite person but I'm pretty tired of going through this at almost every nail salon these days. In/ out, upsell, take your money get to the tipping part. I told the lady doing my husband's pedicure that I was not happy when she asked me. She said dip just looks like that. I disagreed. She shaped them down with the drill and they are better. Then she put a normal non gel top coat to avoid getting thicker. I prefer a thin coat of gel top coat but was over it at this point. Just take the time to do it right, it's not a cheap service and you should give the people what they pay for. My toenails are painted funny as well. They are lumpy and make my big toes look dented. I'll have to repaint at home. I was done and wanted to leave and at least the pedi guy had been friendly. Look how messy the underneath of my nails are to boot. read more

I've been staying in town for a month and needed a place to get my nails done. I found this lovely little nail spa just off Klosterman Road. They were very accommodating. I've had three services there over the past month, and I've been very pleased with the nails. The pedicure was not as good as ones I've had back home, but when you are used to your home salon it makes it harder to measure up. The pedi had no massage, and the girl did more work on my right foot and kind of quit when she got to my left one. The fills were $25, which was a bit high, so that and the pedi is the reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, but they did a fabulous job in my nails. If you need a place to get nails fixed, or a fill I would recommend them. read more

This place was recommended to me by my friend. The bottom line is this place is not sanitary. Single-use disposable buffers and files are not used. Additionally, the metal tools should be sterilized in an autoclave and be in a sealed package. Of course, I insisted on new files and sterilized tools being used but that alarming that I even have to mention it. It should be standard for each and every client. I do not want to come to a spa that doesn't have great customer service and is not clean. read more

Where do I start? Walked in and wasn't greeted, was asked "what do you like done?". Shrugged that off but as soon as I sat down and gave my hand to the tech (Ron) he was aggressive from the beginning. He tossed my hands aside whenever he would be done with buffing, filing, and even applying the gel. That wasn't the thing that pushed my buttons, it's the fact that he was on his phone with his family, if not his family he was looking at a score board. He was fast, not thorough (and I have pictures to show the results) Just constant back and forth with his cell phone and my nails. On one of my nails it looks like there is dirt underneath, but it is just a part of my nail that he didn't go over. I had to tell him that at least 5 of my nails that he colored were crooked. At the end after he applied the top coat and I washed my hands, on 3 nails I could feel the top coat had a coarse feeling and had him fix it again. If you look closely at all my nails, they all don't have the same arch It's either one is thicker or thinner than the other. I had to ask my husband who is a painter what his thoughts were on my nails, he commented: "no attention to detail and sloppy". At the end I realized he was rushing because there was another client he had to work on, but regardless of the situation I am paying you for a service which would require your attention. I can't tell you that the business is bad just by experiencing one tech, but just avoid this tech (in my opinion). read more

This was an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, I made an appointment online with a specific technician, for whom I had seen positive reviews. When I arrived I was told that when you book online you get a random technician. That was not the case as I specifically booked with Vy. But okay I allowed the pedicure to start with someone who said not a word to me... not hello,not a name, nothing. So the whole attitude and then unfriendliness was not a good start. When polishing my nails, he using a large long thumbnail to clean up the cuticles, that had just been trimmed and could possibly have little cuts. I thought it was very unsanitary and I tried to object but he didn't understand. So then when we went to the manicure I told him and tried to show him what I meant. He didn't understand so he called someone else over who I explained it to and she supposedly interpreted. But he continued to use that big thumbnail until I really exclaimed 'no'. Then He went to get someone else who could understand and I explained what I didn't like, and, I guess out of habit she started to do the same thing. NO! She then used to brush with a little bit of polish remover to clean up my nails. At this point she knew how upset I was and finished and walked away. Needless to say I wouldn't go back under any circumstances. The two stars are the fact that it's a pretty salon and had nice chairs etc. But the service and attitude was sub par! read more

I'm giving two stars because after we had been there for 30 minutes someone finally greeted us and she was nice. And we were offered a beverage once our services started. My daughter and I both got pedicures. The warm stones were nice. The salon is clean and the nail techs were conversational. My daughter and I both wore flip flops because we knew we were getting pedicures. We waited for hours before touching the polish and it was still mushy. I ended up repainting toe polish on both of us. The massage was not good. It basically felt like someone was lightly patting my feet. But on to the gel polish on my hands, I let the tech know she was missing the sides of my nails. She kept acting like she knew what she was doing. Well there isn't any polish on that part of my nail. Worst pedicure ever! I don't usually do reviews, but this was one experience I need to let people know before they spend the money because it's not cheap! So, I requested the deluxe pedicure which they advertise is 45 minutes. The girl who did my nails started about 10 minutes after my husband who also got the deluxe pedi. And some how I finished a bit before him (not including paint on my toes) I asked for a cut down because I needed it- she cut down only my big toe! I didn't notice until my nails were painted! The deluxe says massage included- what massage?? All I got was the girl lightly rubbing lotion on my shins! I asked her nicely if she could actually massage my legs and include my feet- and nope- didn't happen! The whole time from the minute she sat down to do my pedi-she acted annoyed that she had to be there and made me feel so uncomfortable! So I told her I wasn't happy as I was checking out and I did try when she was doing my pedi-but all she said was I'll cut your nails down now- what? They are already done and painted! I can go on, but worst ever! I chose this place because they had good reviews- but unfortunately I didn't get a good pedi at all! Never again! read more

Very disappointing. It was the worse mani-pedi I've ever gotten. The manicurist was young and totally inexperienced. From what I understand, management was told prior to my visit that this girl did not know what she was doing. So why do you continue to use her? My pedi lasted literally 15 minutes, and my mani was SO bad, that I had her remove the polish. There was absolutely no sensitivity from management when I expressed my disappointment. read more

i hope my experience is a one off. I own that I should have left. The emery boards and tools used were unsterilized and visibly old and often used. I got a manicure and pedicure both with gel. 6 of my fingers and three of my toes bled and required bandaids and antibacterial after I left the salon. My nails were longer on both sides and short in the middle with many snags requiring me to file all my nails when I got home. I will say the polish was applied evenly was a very high quality. read more

Such friendly and welcoming staff , HUGE selection of colors , A+ for hospitality ( they offer you water , have never found a salon that does that) ! I had the basic pedicure and that exceeded any deluxe I have ever had from any other place (the feeling of hot stones was just amazing and what i needed after a long day) , Cindy took her time and it looked fabulous and my feet felt so refreshed after ! First time here the girl was very sweet but my nails didn't turn out very good. I get the dip, they were very lumpy and uneven. The place is nice and clean but that is the only positive thing I can say. So I thought if give it another try with a different tech . That was a huge mistake! I got the deluxe / organic pedicure and a nail dip. Doesn't look like I got a pedicure at all. Toes started chipping by the next day and my cuticles look exactly the way they did when I walked in. I could of done a better job myself. The nail dip was even worse. She was in such a hurry, she kept knocking everything over and spilled acetone all over my dress.
