There was a delicious welcome treat, which I immediately devoured. The breakfast buffet was super delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from as well as a menu you could order from. I got room service as well and there were plenty of yummy options to choose from. The room came with everything you would need- hair dryer, slippers, robe, toiletries, etc. Cleaning was provided everyday if requested. Beautiful hotel with amazing service!

We were stunned but had booked an upgraded suite so wanted to see if the room was maybe better. Nope. It was also outdated, had a terrible floor plan and the view out the window was of people's apartments and clothes drying. Really depressing. I went to sit on the couch and saw what was either blood or maybe nailpolish? We grabbed our bags, got a refund from Expedia and hightailed it out of there. We also realized that this location is one street over from the red light district, so if this is what you're looking for maybe it's ok. Not on our agenda.

Having a barbell rack and a solid selection of plates for it was amazing. Location was great next to many metro/bus stops and the mall next to it for groceries if needed. Later in the week we had to change hotels for my wife's conference, and the Clarion Congress was a letdown after this Marriott.

The walls were thin, so loud I could hear everything in the hallway outside my door and I could hear people having sex in rooms nearby. The beds were hard, harder than I am used to. And while I indicated my bedsheets should be changed while I was staying here, they obviously weren't. The upside, the hotel breakfast is actually very good with my options. It's within walking distance of the Florenc metro stop which can get you into the city center very quickly and cheaply. Also I thought the hotel staff were incredibly sweet and kind, they really made an impact on me. I wouldn't stay here again for the price point, I'd rather be closer to the city center. But I can see how it works fine for travel companies.

The Hotel: Beautiful lobby with lots of sitting areas including a beautiful bar. We had a suite with a living room, bedroom and 1.5 baths. The room itself was nice and clean. There was an espresso machine with an array of espresso pods and the fruit tray was a nice touch. The room didn't have USB outlets so you'll need to bring your own. The room had 2 windows but not much of a view. Breakfast comes with the room fee and we were very happy with the breakfast buffet. Very nice dining room with option to sit outside. Pro tip 1 - There's a walking path behind the hotel that takes you to the Petřín Tower where you can climb 299 steps to the top for a panoramic view of Prague. Even if you don't want to climb the tower, the path itself is a beautiful walk and there's a charming little coffee shop ( I Love You Cafe) right before the tower. Pro tip 2- Walk into town center. It's a downhill walk. The charming narrow cobbled stone road is lined with small stores and shops that will keep your senses stimulated and you're in town before you know it. Don't forget to stop at the little lookout point for photo ops. Pro tip 3- If you decline daily room cleaning, they will compensate you with a feee glass of wine at the bar. Happy Travels!!

Overall, the hotel was good, with comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and service all living up to the 4-star standard in Prague. The lobby over the top with modern luxury, Mozart-themed decor. Two issues kept me from giving it 4 stars here however. One is that the Wi-Fi was poor. Just basic emails and searching led to issues more often than not, on multiple devices, and in both my room & the lobby. The other issue was that while many hotels in Prague state their price in EUR but charge in CZK, every hotel I've stayed in the past have used a reasonable exchange rate; this hotel used a rate marked up by over 5%, a sneaky way to add extra cost.
