The amazing swimming pool in the spa. It has relaxing jet stations all around it that target different areas

What a beautiful hotel. Another stunning FS. As always - I felt relaxed and pampered from the moment we arrived. We had driven from Berlin to Prague and Prague traffic is every bit as bad as I expected. The FS staff jumped into action and had my bags out and whisked me to reception where I was shown two rooms and offered an upgrade and personally escorted to my room by the adorable fella who checked us in. After some time checking email we went down to find dinner and were informed Hertz had come to pick up the car and I didn't need to return it or drive to the airport. Omg. The best news ever. They easily provided us with local currency and maps and suggestions. As always nothing was left to chance. We were spoiled at every turn. The location of this hotel is amazing with gorgeous views of the city and is nearby to everything within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling with very good selections and tons of options to satisfy everyone. I plan to visit Prague again and I won't stay anywhere else.

Beautiful and quiet Four Seasons lobby

One of the best - if not the best - luxury hotels in Prague. The service is stellar; the professional team knows and remembers your names. The breakfast buffet is one of most extensive in Europe - and fresh crepes, eggs Benedict and waffles are made to order. Cotto Crudo has a global menu for all tastes - we enjoyed the scrumptious gyoza. The views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle from our room is always a treat. We can walk to the luxury boutiques in less than 10 minutes. This is our go to hotel in Prague

Beautiful hotel with beautiful decor. Had cocktails in the bar- wonderful and relaxed laid- back feel. The interior is luxurious and warming in contrast to the weather! Not overpriced at all for the service and worth every penny.... definitely a fan!

Dust when I swiped my finger along the coffee box, quite unacceptable

It's with mixed feelings that I'm writing this review. This maybe the worst Four Seasons hotel I've stayed at. I have no complaints on the service or staff here, they were friendly and very helpful in giving us directions. But I can't ignore the fact my coffee box was covered with dust. It was just disgusting. On top of that, we had their breakfast buffet one morning, the hot food selection was small, and the "scrambled eggs" were basically uncooked (think liquid). With that said, the location is perfect. If you stay here, you can practically walk everywhere, old town square, Charles bridge, etc. It's also very close to a very good local restaurant, U Parlimentu, along with several other good restaurants in that area.

The hotel is conveniently located near Prague's city center, making it easy to walk to many of the city's major attractions, including the Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and numerous shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of the hotel is the Executive Lounge, which is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Throughout the day, guests have access to water, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, with additional food offerings during designated hours. The evening happy hour was excellent, featuring beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in a comfortable and relaxing setting. The fitness facilities were more than adequate for vacation needs. The gym includes cardio equipment, rowing machines, treadmills, a Pilates area, and free weights. The heated indoor pool and sauna were fantastic and provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly exceptional and one of the best Hilton breakfast experiences I have had. The buffet included approximately five different stations, including a made-to-order omelet station, hot breakfast selections, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, fruits, and a pancake station. My son and I looked forward to breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received. I would especially like to recognize Hannah at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hannah helped coordinate a birthday cake for my son's birthday during our stay. Even more impressively, although we were departing Prague before my wife's birthday celebration could take place, Hannah somehow coordinated with the Hilton in Vienna so that when we arrived there, a surprise birthday cake was waiting for my wife. She absolutely loved the gesture, and it made our trip even more special. Thank you, Hannah, for your kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service. You truly made our stay memorable and gave us every reason to return. I highly recommend the Hilton Prague and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Location is perfect - it is walking distance to the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, the mall, and the bus station. My SO booked through Amex, so we received a $100 voucher that we spend at the hotel restaurant. Check - in was easy, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

Michal the chief concierge was AMAZING and helped us in many ways, including exceptional restaurant recommendations. It is peaceful and serene and yet a short walk to the Charles Bridge and up the hill to Prague Castle. We took the once weekly tour of the adjacent monastery with one of the resident monks and it is NOT TO BE MISSED. The champagne upon check-in in the lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas was such a perfect welcome. Being so close to Charles Bridge and the Malostranska subway stop made getting around very easy. And yet the hotel was quiet. Caution exiting the hotel driveway through! Look both ways. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and took great care of us. We enjoyed the buffet most days but the menu items looked delicious. We enjoyed our free beer sample and a cocktail at the bar in the Refectory. Our only complaint would be that the room was warm for our taste and we couldn't quite figure out how to get the A/C on (or if it was an option). The bathroom was especially warm, we called it "the spa" We slept with the windows open and all was well. If you're looking for a luxury stay, you can't do much better.

Check-in was smooth, and I was assigned to Room 308. The 7am breakfast buffet here is complimentary, Pros: 1. Felt immersed in its beauty and luxury the moment I stepped in. 2. Complimentary 7am breakfast buffet. My favorites among the breakfast selections were perfectly jammy fried eggs, beef broth, smoked herring fillets, chia seed pudding, soft pretzel, blueberry yogurt, and this tiny cake with ridged edges that I forget the name of but I liked it. 3. Walking distance to pretty much just about everything I wanted to do in Prague, right in front of the Powder Tower, and just a few minutes away from the Astrological Clock Tower! 4. Walking distance from the Prague train station. 5. Even though the bathroom was kind of cramped, it was pristine and the shower was very nice and had a tub. 5. Had drinking water dispenser in the lobby 6. Great staff 7. Complimentary tea 8. Robes and slippers 9. Comfy bed 10. Clean and comfortable 11. Smooth check-in and check-out 12. They held my backpack after I checked out so that I could explore Prague some more until it was time for me to head to the airport. Cons: 1. Room was cramped and small 2. The mirror light in the bathroom could have been brighter 3. Could have had proper space to brew tea 4. The lockbox could have been on a lower shelf so that I (a petite woman) didn't have to jump up and see what I put in it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the decorations fit the hotel's architectural time frame. We loved all the fine porcelain dishes and crystal they used in the dining area. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. They had lattes, champagne, juices and coffee. Large selection of cheeses, meats, yogurt, fruit, soup, eggs, potatoes, sausages and pastries. Being gluten-free I was able to find many foods I could eat. We enjoyed watching people stroll on the streets while we ate our breakfast. I loved all the little subtle touches the staff provided. One morning a got a cute "Good morning" with my name written on the porcelain saucer. Literally made me day. The front desk was really good with recommendations for a lot of our needs. The hotel was also in a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again.

It was well broken up with various stops so it went very well. This lovely hotel was central to everything... Transportation, restaurants, stores (and a mall). Our room was a nice with plenty of space and a good size bathroom. The room comes with robes and slippers for comfort. There is a nice size T.V. but I found watching TV in Europe was very challenging. The only English speaking stations were news. The stay came with a wonderful [very] complete breakfast and the restaurant was operated by a very well known chef. Busy every evening and there was a sister restaurant across the street, No problem, we love Italian food and the restaurant around the corner was visited twice while we walked down the block to yet another Italian restaurant the last evening. We did a fair amount of sightseeing in Prague and the hotel was very centrally located as to make them all walkable. I would definatly come here again and recommend this place to anyone coming to Prague. KUDOs to the team at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague.

COST: Very reasonable for the quality of the room & service. I'm not entirely sure if the layout is the same for all rooms, but ours included a king size bed, a safe, a spacious bathtub, a fantastic rain shower head, bathrobes, and comfortable slippers. Everything had a modern feel, since the hotel was built fairly recently (2016). (Note that the bathroom is all tinted glass, so you can see through all of it, including the toilet door. Fine for couples, but perhaps not for friends, haha.) LOCATION: Easy walking distance to Old Town Square & pretty much any mini-market store or restaurant you may need, while still remaining quiet at night. If you're going further out, the hotel is on a one-way street with just enough room for a cab or Uber to pull over and pick you up. (We never had an issue with finding an Uber driver -- usually maximum 5 minute wait.) CLEANING SERVICE: Wonderful -- I'm not sure if it's because we left a tip every time (around $4 USD) or if it's their standard level of service, but the cleaner definitely went above & beyond, including organizing our toiletries. CONCIERGE SERVICE: Probably the best concierge service I've ever experienced in my life -- huge kudos to Peter (not sure of the spelling?) and the other blonde guy with a mustache (sorry, didn't catch his name!). Despite our endless tourist questions, they never showed anything less than complete professionalism & friendly advice. Directions? Done. Recommendations for local restaurants that aren't tourist traps? Done. Helping us book train tickets because we weren't sure which websites were legit? Done. Truly 5-star service! The room was very nice, but I would recommend Boho to anyone just for the service -- it makes such a difference, especially to first-time travelers to Prague. CHECK-OUT TIME: As long as you call early in the morning and your late-check-out request doesn't interfere with the next guest coming in, they are flexible on this front. QUICK NOTE REGARDING SPA: We booked through Orbitz, and at the bottom of our reservation, it claims we get a free VIP spa treatment. But the concierge said unfortunately this is an error (apparently they've been trying to correct Orbitz and Expedia for 2 years). Spa areas like the sauna is free, but massage costs extra. So just an FYI there. To management: keep up the great work, recognize your amazing employees, and give them a raise! We would absolutely stay here again.
