I'm in between sizes depending on shoes, brand and design (6-6.5 US Women) and typically wear lightweight socks with all year-round boots. To my surprise the Blundstone Original Chelsea # 510 in size 3 (AU/UK) = 36 EU fit just right. I wore my new boots to Vancouver, and they were comfortable right out of the box, no need to break them in.
