It's a newer building and located right next to a car wash so you can get your car shined after you outfit it with new oil! I went to 5 different us d car dealers on the day I went there. JC and FA were the most professional and had the nicest cleanest cars. I know this sounds cornet but they do treat you like family. JC introduced us to his brother and parents and made it super easy to buy a car from them. I am going to bring my mother, son and father in law there to get cars also. I didn't have to haggle for hours or wait for them to come back to talk to me after an extended period of time to come up with a price. I picked up my car on Friday and JC washed it one last time as I was finishing the paperwork. He would not let me leave until he had dried it off and made sure it looked perfect. I got a call today 1 working day after I got my car to tell me they had my license plates in. I don't plan on replacing my car anytime soon but, I would not hesitate to go back there to get another car and plan on going to them in a couple years when my daughter gets her license. The inside of my door was damaged the first time I was told to pick it up, my vehicle was absolutely filthy on all the trim AND the paint job was horrendous. I still plan on going back a third time because the bumper has detached in the corner once again. On my way to the coast for a family vacation, my car overheated. I was stopped on the side of the…read moreroad about 23 miles north of Beeville, Texas and used my phone to search for a towing company. Gonzales Tire Shop came up first and I contacted them. After paying $406.85 in advance, David was dispatched to pick us up. He was relaxed and polite, seemingly confident what he was doing. After attaching the tow cable to the undercarriage on the driver's side, he winched my car onto the flatbed. He attached one strap to the left rear tire (two is the norm) and cinched the car tight to the bed, causing the front of my car to lurch downward. The ride to the repair shop was uneventful, save the texting David did while driving; which was a bit unnerving. We arrived at our destination and David slowly lowered my car into the parking lot, tearing the front rubber air dam loose on the driver's side - no big deal. I tipped him and went inside to arrange for repairs and a rental car to complete our journey. The repair shop called the next day and announced the overheating problem was diagnosed and I authorized the work. I got a call the following day asking if my steering wheel was always crooked and did I notice any popping sounds when making turns. I said no. I had driven the car over 100 miles the day before and it steered straight and true. Taking the car out for a test drive revealed these conditions. Once on a lift, they discovered my driver's side tie rod was bent. They sent me photos and a short video of my car. I immediately knew Garcia's Towing had caused the damage, as the tie rod was chafed and bent, revealing a shiny section of steel on an otherwise weathered part. After authorizing this additional repair, I called David and informed him of the situation. He asked for the pictures and a video my wife had taken as my car was being loaded onto his truck. He promised to get back to me. I stressed I wasn't angry and that a simple mistake could happen to anyone. I just wanted reimbursement for the damage. A phone call to Garcia's the next day was answered by Charlie who insisted David would never attach a cable to a tie rod. He promised to get back to me. No one ever did. On Friday, I once again called Garcia's and got a real lunatic on the phone who screamed at me, would not let me speak and finally hung up on me. I picked up my car the next day, paying $268.05 for the tie rod repair. This outfit has some of the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. They would not pay for the damage they caused, refused to return calls and treated me like dirt. Avoid this crooked company like the plague!
