Had to rethread those 2 studs and put new lug nuts all the way around. Glad I caught it because remaining two lugs nuts were super loose and the wheel was wobbly. I called Pat and told him the issue, which he thought he would resolve with cussing and yelling as well as hanging up on me three times. I decided to let this shady gentlemen keep the money and I'm moving on to avoid confrontation. Pat is a complete SCAMMER In my bill it clearly states the 300$ I paid for the storage fees. So there was nothing free about it . AND I told you everything about the boat and asked if you wanted to get in it and look it over with me in which you said no, it looks good from down here. I had no problem paying for repairs until I was ripped off. So I don't know where you get FREE And I never didn't want you to fix anything , I paid you 400$ to replace a vinyl strip... On top of that I cut my price 5 thousand dollars and you couldn't sell it. So don't say I was using you as a free storage facility .

"We arrived and informed you there would be a possibility of damages due to the conventional tow hook spots being inaccessible." Apparently, your tow driver does not and did not know where the tow hook on the rear bumper is on this car - the tow hook on the car is on the rear bumper which was easily accessible. This is obvious in the first photo. These photos are also before the pull, they are photos of when it was stuck. Also, the original damage caused to the car was in the front end - not the rear - which is also obvious in in the first and last photo. "I spoke with your collision center as well and sent them the hold harmless form you signed. We agree, this could have been avoided if you hadn't driven off of your paved driveway onto a boulder. " The front-end damage could have been avoided - but your driver caused the damage to the rear axle assembly WHICH NEVER TOUCHED THE BOULDER !!! Also, I too talked to collision center, and they pointed out that although the front was damage by the boulder, your tow driver caused the damage to the rear axle assembly, and that he should have definitely known about the tow hook on the rear bumper and have pulled the car off the boulder from that point - not from the rear axle assembly!
