I made my first appointment online for January 1st. Their website is super easy for making appointments. The appointment was confirmed. I then get a text message stating that they were closed for New Year's. Ok, not an issue. Had my first appointment a few days later. I was happy. Great prices btw. Their office is literally a room. No frills - keeps the overhead down. I went back today as I needed minor touch up....made my appointment online and no one even shows up! No one answers the main 305 number. The toll-free number on their website isn't even in service any longer. ‍ When one makes an appointment and it is accepted it's my expectation as a customer that you actually show up. This is the second time. Update - 4-16-19. Decided to try them again. Made the appointment and AGAIN it was confirmed and they were a no-show. OMG. Their main number has a voicemail box that is full. I do not recommend this place . I was there for botox and after about 6 weeks the botox was gone. When I called them they could not find me in the system first and up until today they still try to find out what was injected that cased the botox to only last 6 weeks. I assume they use a cheap product to give their clients more discount . But it is not worth it, that is for sure. read more

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review....but because I was also mislead by their awesome 5 star recommendations, I feel I need to warn people about how far from the truth it could be. MY FACE WAS UNEVEN AND MESSED UP FOR MONTHS because I trusted this place and their great instagram marketing. Here is my experience: I made an appointment online for botox over a year ago, it was very easy and they had great price specials for a certain day of the week. When I got to the office it was a tiny front room and small back room where they treat you. It honestly felt like a closet and I wasn't sure why such a highly "popular" place would have a storefront like this. When I went to the back for the treatment the nurse was very friendly and nice and the treatment was fast and painless. (I have had botox in the past numerous times and it went the same way, so I was confident the results would be great just like my previous treatments at my usual Miami Medspa....I only switched to try Botox Labb because I saw their yelp and instagram and marketing materials, I was sure this place was the best of the best... WOW WAS I SO WRONG.) After the treatment I waited the usual week to see the results and once it settled in I was horrified. My left eyebrow was so raised compared to the right. It looked like as if I was purposely only raising one brow. My boyfriend and family kept making comments asking if my eye was ok, did I have a headache etc. because no one had ever seen my face like that. I immediately called the location and told them how uneven my eyebrows were, one was extremely raised the other seemed unusually droopy. The person I spoke with assured me that it sometimes happens to new patients (but I've had botox at least 5 other times at another location without issue??? So I was confused at her statement) and she said give it time to even itself out and if it didn't to come back and have the nurse fix it. I let a month pass and kept telling myself this place is super reputable they know what they are doing I need to be calm and wait it out. Let me just say, NOTHING CHANGED. My face was so uneven I wore sunglasses anytime I could and finally after sucking up my pride I called my original medspa office (I was embarrassed to go back to my normal spot I felt I betrayed them by seeking out a new place!) and explained the situation and they scheduled me to come in the next day. The doctor was shocked at how butchered I was. He injected me with small amounts and within days I saw huge improvement. Although my eyebrows were not 100% back to being even, the little he did gave me at least a feeling of normalcy. After reading others experiences and negative reviews, it seems the nurse who administered the treatments that got all the amazing 5 star reviews... didn't even work there when they and myself went. I hope this helps someone thinking about making an appointment here. read more

I love this place!!! I've been coming here for over a year now. The nurses are so nice, they treat you like family... they really care about your results. I've been getting kybella, microneedling and my lips done. They have the best prices of any place around but more importantly... they have the most skilled and educated people working on you! I went to botox labb (Labb Sobe) with my husband on June 27th at 530pm. I convinced my husband to fill also his nasolabial folds, even tho he is so against of all this.. So I wanted the Vollure as it says it can last up to 18 months. When we get there the practitioner (I don't remember her name sorry) she said that is a good product and started to injecting first to me into my nasolabial folds, then to my husband. Usually (at least what I am used to elsewhere before to start the Dr. always advised if it won't be enough one syringe there is an extra cost) which is never happened in this place... and of course neither on me neither on my husband you can't see any visible result... for $1400 is pretty much not to have any visible result. Today we went back for a check up (July 6th) and I also told her to check the bumps I have close to my chin,,, not to mention that was supposed to fill next to my lips those little shadows.. but I got it almost in my chin... when I told her at first she said she can't feel it when she was touching the bump then she said oh yes but I don't understand I injected it in the right place so I don't understand.... I mean I am full of bumps in places where I do not needed filler and where I needed it's still empty! Same my husband! And now after this very bad experience my husband would never and ever trust in anyone since this was his first time and he spent money on something that has no visible result (not to mention he can't stand needles). Several weeks ago I went to Patrick at Botox Labb for routine Botox. *Patrick was so great I decided to give Juvederm (filler) a try on my growing smile Lines and cheek area. We also did lip filler bc I didn't have much of an upper lip. I was really nervous because I wanted to make sure the results looked natural. Jennifer and Patrick have given me Botox and they are both excellent! I really think Botox LABB uses higher concentration of Botox than any other place I have received Botox. Jennifer recently did some fillers on my cheek area for the first time to give my old face a little lift and it has really helped. She is really cautious, to get s more natural look. My experience, as a 'Danielle' first timer = there is no other doctor nor nurse I would rather see than her. The needle was painless, her technique was unique. The petite center was immaculate and thelevel of professionalism was on point. I was recommended through a male friend who said "Erin, I have been to the best of the best, waited in rooms to get an appointment. Danielle is punctual, and my face has never looked better." Worst experience ever, it took me 6 months to write this review because im still traumatized by the whole experience. I went to botox LABB highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I went there 2 months before my wedding to get a refresher look on my face, nothing drastic, nothing too noticeable. It was my first time doing botox or fillers at age 50. I told Jenny my concerns and that I didn't want to look unnatural, I firmly believe less is more. I trusted her because of her 13 years experience on the field. Oh well I ended up doing fillers on my cheek bones, on my under eyes and more... bad idea when you want to look yourself at the most important day of your life. Long story short every one of my friends and family were asking what the hell did I do to my face! My eyebrows went down, my cheek bones were bumpy and everything She did changed my whole face expression. Everything I was scared off happened. I spend $3,500 to look worst. I even cried when I went for my second appointment asking her if she could reverse the whole thing and she said no.... I don't like myself on my wedding pictures and I would definitely remember this place for the rest of my life.. not in a good way though. My advice to bottox labb is please be sensitive about people's concerns and desires and it is not about just to make money and sell more and more. Although in a very convenient location, the experience was very inconvenient. The labb clearly pays its nurses separately and if you need a touch up you must rearrange your schedule to fit within the small window that these part-time nurses are available. You must get that touch up back with the same exact nurse who first injected you. They clearly have some organizational and financial issues that make being a client very frustrating. MELISSA IS THE BEST! I went in for my first PRP treatment last week and was a little nervous but Melissa knows so much about skin and what she does, she put me at ease. I came here referred by a friend for Botox. I have had Botox before but this was by far the best experience I've had. The place itself is clean, walking in the room you are immediately put at ease by its inviting comfort. The staff is friendly. In my past experiences with Botox I've never had numbing cream or offered an ice pack after which was a nice touch. The nurse practitioner was skillful with the application of the product. I went to Botox Labb in South Beach because I was researching the best places online for lip injections and cheek contour. Botox Labb kept coming up as the best. I explained to Jenna that I wanted a natural look not too voluptuous so she told me that she can smooth the lip brothers, make them symmetrical and hydrated looking with less lines and a touch of volume. She also said she can do a very natural cheek contour using Voluma that would gently lift my lower face giving it a tighter lifted look. She delivered on both! Its been 3 weeks since I went and I can't believe how amazing I look. I am so excited I found this place and took a chance. It is the real deal.
