I went to Lacey for the first time a couple of days ago and she did a fantastic job with beautiful highlights for my rather bedraggled, self-colored, post-Covid hair. I admit I have PTSD about salons in general - but Lacey genuinely made an effort to understand what I wanted, and what I definitely did NOT want! This is my third update over 10 years of seeing Lacey. Lacey is truly the best! Her salon is so cozy, her conversations are fun and genuine, her skills are top notch and she's always continuing her education to keep on top of current trends. I also really appreciate that she uses high performing but safer products, since this something I seek in my own product selections. I even had a momentary whim where I thought I should try someone new and came back after a couple funky cuts.
