It had been a month since you serviced my property without even the courtesy of a phone call. Your accounting will show this. Obviously, when the grass was at my knees, I had to hire someone else. It was only then that I cancelled. You are correct that there was no other communication from me. As the customer, I shouldn't have to chase you or beg for service.
