Just make sure you go there early in the morning the staff is pretty helpful. they form different lines for those who have over five bags and those who only have two bags. I haven't had any problems. I've been going there for about a year now I like it because they take every bottle you have and give you a barcode you just go to ATM Machine put it under the scanner and they give you your money simple as that. read more

I work down the street and so stopping in here used to make sense and used to be relatively easy. Now you can't find parking or walking space because of the countless box trucks. Rumor has it that bottles/cans are brought up from NJ and taking advantage of CT's higher redemption pay-out ... at the expense of all of us. Most days they have 3 stations dedicated to these truck's loads coming in DAILY, and for the rest of the community sometimes 2 or 1 stations. It was nice while it latest but I've given up trying to go here. read more

I used to go to the place over near Cumberland Farms but I heard they closed so I figured I would give this place a try. I'm sooooooooooooooo glad I did. The guys working at this building are very friendly and cordial. I had no idea what I was doing but they realy helped me out. The machines they have there that count are amazing. They do 200 cans in a minute or two. And they are getting newer and better machines so you won't have to wait as long. I brought over 800 cans today and I was glad to get them out of the house. There needs to be more order! There is suppose to be 2 line one is for 4 bags or less, so you know the other line is for larger amount of bags, but I have founded out that it's depends on who you are. The rules should apply to everyone regardless of who you are. Why do we stand in line for 45 minutes or more when all the machines are being used by people with larger amounts of bags and they are allowed to go outside and get more bags. Come on employees do better. There also needs to be an on and off button before the next person starts putting their cans and bottles in, and please don't get an attitude with me if I ask you for help because I'm having problem scanning my receipt, you obviously don't have a problem helping certain people put there containers in the machine and I don't mean the elderly, physical or mentally handicap, you will stand there and help them until they're finish. Only 1 machine working. They rush people to.load their bottles on belt before previous person even finishes. I had 2 huge bogs plus lose bottles today and got ripped off as the couoke behind started loading up while I was waiting and put comes ticket for 12.60 which obviously was mine I wS talking to them as I was waiting for the man there to check because I told him the issue I had he never git back to me. The couoke also had sane amount of bottles and got their receipt at end for 39. Yet they never even offered me any mo ey from their first receipt and when I said something to staff there the sane man I was talking to he got very nasty with me and didn't want to kniw anything. read more

They take bottles that other bottling places don't. They take the Arizona tea cans, juice bottles like ocean spray and even Powerade bottles. The other plus, no separating. You can bring ever type in one bag, empty it in the bin, push the button and it starts the count. Love it read more

Nice place with a very helpful staff. The great thing about this redemption center compared to the others, is that you don't have to seperate your recyclables. You simply dump all of the glass, plastic and cans in the same machine. read more
