I've been going there for quite a bit because they are right next to where I live and everything was OK until someone stole my very valuable things and when I went to ask about it, everyone was looking at me like I was a ghost. I went back for a week straight to see if my things popped up or if they put it to the side and nothing very upset. There is always some type of homeless person inside sleeping on the bench or digging through trash , there's not even a phone number for this place and let's not forget that the engineer to this place did a terrible job. Then I asked to use the WiFi because they as advertise Free WiFi to which tHe worker very rudely remarks "no wifi" and so I told her I see that you advertise it and again "no WiFi". Really rude and not helpful at all. On top of that the new law clearly states you need to have a facial covering during all times outside due to the current pandemic and not only does the worker not wear one but they allow many people inside who clearly don't have any masks. They couldn't offer any explanation as to what happened to my comforter. I had just bought it and the cost was $225.00. I had a ticket with a blanket on it also. My husband picked up the blanket but not the comforter. Please hang onto your ticket and take a picture of it on your phone also. Because it was over 30 days, it was considered my fault. Customer BEWARE. They will screw you out of your expensive merchandise.
