Inside, I hoped to find a new replenishment of Scotch Whiskey or a new Craft Ale. We browsed slightly, prices tempting, but we (she) stayed firm on our objective. Of course, it's almost on the back corner and rows of wine and every hard liquor and beer imaginable. We grabbed our beloved Kahlúa only (with a tear welling up). Another day, "Bruce the Crazy," we will be back to fully replenish.

Reason being the bottles were from Germany and the writing on my bottles weren't in "American". That was my plan, you see. To get bottles from The European Union and bankrupt America five cents at a time. Crazy Bruce's has never given any such issue so they get my business from time to time. They run excellent specials on Seasonal beer items that have just past the season. They also have a really good selection of local beers from the area. Don't fooled by the cooler cases and be sure to step into the beer cave to see the full selection! Super nice, super helpful, good prices, great selection--not much to say about the decor! I have been a long time customer (mostly via delivery). This…read moreweek I did not receive my entire delivery. When I received my order I immediately checked it and realized a $20 item was missing. By that time the driver had pulled away. Right away, I called Forest City to explain, and I asked if they could contact the driver? The woman on the other end was so defensive and rude. She yelled over me "we've delivered to you before, we know your order!". I was mindful about never blaming them, because I honestly felt the driver just accidentally left part of my order in the car. I calmly told her that I know it must be the drivers error. Can we contact him? I also said "I just want to receive what I paid for". Her response was to hang up on me!!!!! A minute later she called me back and yelled at me that the reason she hung up was because I asked "too many questions" (Um... I only asked if she could contact the driver??) and told me she had to hang up because she had "real" customers in front of her and "didn't have time to talk to me". She hardly let me get a word in. I stayed calm and quiet and let her rant about how "they have cameras" blah blah blah. In the end I told her I would just never shop there again. That seemed to offend her, so I politely ended the call and said "good night" A $20 error us not worth my energy, but her horrible customer service lost her a long term customer. Good thing their competition will happily accept me as a customer. I'm really disappointed by the horrible service I received.
