Sunbury can be kinda rough. But there are diamonds in that rough here, and this place is possibly the best of them all. The food variety here is impressive. Having celiac disease makes life hard sometimes. But this place has plenty, with no side effects from being sick afterward. The service was prompt and staff were friendly. The place was clean, and it's got a fun bar meets restaurant setting. It's well decorated and most importantly the liquor selection is mint. read more

Friendly service for this little dine in place that offers a variety of beers on tap/bottles and sandwiches. We had a chicken cheesesteak that was really good but a touch on the salty side. COVID protocols are in place. Beer selection is a bit small right now but I am assuming it's a supply issue. Stop by and enjoy being out! read more

We enjoy the weekly changes in the tap list, and how convenient it is to pick local brews without having to walk through a huge warehouse and thousands of selections. I'm a huge fan of the strawberry cider, their wings & onion rings. Service are pleasant and present. Go during wings night-- you won't be disappointed with the ambiance! read more

We walked in with 2 families, totaling 9 people, and they graciously accommodated us and fed us (very well!) with their huge portion sizes. The smalls were enough to share amongst two people. They also had an extensive and impressive collection of beers, craft and otherwise, that looked tasty as well as a very friendly bartender who got along swimmingly with our two families. We love this place!!! We wish we lived closer. This was our second time there. You may not think of this place for lunch because it is more a bar and take out. But the food is absolutely delicious!!!! 3 of us had the chicken salad. I had mine as a wrap hoagie. Another had theirs on a hoagie roll. Both were excellent!!! My husband had the jalapeño burger sandwich, this sandwich was hugh!!!!! It was delicious!!! It definitely has a kick to it. They have an awesome selection of beer on tap. I had a mango IPA, very good!! They have an amazing craft beer take out selection as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant/bar!!!! read more

This bar/restaurant is a great example of what a good idea can become. Bottle Works has decent food to munch on, and many beers on tap as well as on the shelves. You can get beer by the case or even create your own six pack of beers. The only problem I have with this place is that it isn't a place for kids unless they like bar food. read more

This is the type of quaint little place to be able to enjoy your time with friends and family. The atmosphere, establishment and the staff are pleasant. The craft beers on tap and the wall that describes each choice is cleaver and informative. The food is plentiful and very well priced. Very clean establishment!!! Located in a strip mall. Don't know that I would call it a restaurant as much as a small eating and bar area in a beer store. But it was pleasant and quiet. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Interesting takes on cheesesteak sandwiches - no fries or sides with the sandwiches. Let's cut to the chase here.....they make REALLY BIG sandwiches. And really big pretzels and really big everything. The food is good, but I can't say it's great. Size is their claim to fame. This restaurant is not recommended for people who care about their cholesterol or their weight, so Scumbury is an absolutely perfect location for them. 3 stars for the food, the 4th is for being a little different than most places. read more

Caution they decided to make their own chicken and beef steak. Chicken now tastes and looks like shredded can chicken. Ask if they recently changed ingredients of your item before ordering. The quantity of meat is ridiculous large as always but is now not edible. To sum things up if your going for steak sandwiches stay away until they change back to old meat supplier. read more

I really wanted to like this place (Coal Township location) but jeez was this a terrible experience. It was clear the server had ZERO understanding of beer or basic knowledge of the drink or food menu. Service was slow and when I finally received my sandwich it was a basic and disappointing lunch meat hoagie I could have made at home-- without fries or even chips-- I sent it back and was still charged for it. Everyone else at the table was incredibly disappointed. I wanted to like this place but outside their general cleanliness there is not many positives I can provide.
