This is the person responsible for parking in what he claims is a 'loading zone'…read more My daughter and her service animal had an issue exiting her vehicle, my wife told him that he was impeding a handicap parking spot and he very sternly told her ' get the fuck away from me ' and he drove away. My wife took these pictures before he drove off from his 'loading zone' she called to report this to Iron Mountain and they hung up on her, refusing to transfer her to the transportation office. She then called 911 and the Schaumburg Police Department responded in 2 minutes time, took her information and they said to call them first next time and thanked her for the photos. He promised that they would catch up to the perpetrator.
