Chose to use the norwell location On Friday I called they booked me for an appointment on Saturday with a promised finishing time at noon I usually sleep in till 2 as I work nights so I was up early eagerly waiting for a call which came at 10am I swiftly drove up there to see (mind you it's winter and it's snowing) my car right out front running with the heat blasting cleaner than a Dutch whistle! I've never gotten a detail before as I'm kinda frugal but I got this as a gift I usually clean my car out myself let me say this I live in this car not literally but my line of work has me commuting alot I had food caked on in all the crevices and cracks it wasn't hoarder staus dirty I'll say that Everything from floor to ceiling of my car.... Looked like I drove it off the lot 4 years ago Not a crumb in sight no stains Even though I talked to one guy at the counter who gave me exceptional customer service I get a follow up call to make sure I picked up my car and to see if I enjoyed the service and I said that it looked like I drove it off a car lot today brand new and that I'd definitely recommend this business to friends and family If you have the money and live local to the norwell or Marshfield location support them! read more

Just cancel my Groupon, tried to book a apt this morning and the gentlemen was rude to me. I work midnights, and he was getting frustrated because of my work schedule. Stated " we're going around and around here " I won't be coming on May 30 . Just purchased a Groupon for Holmes Detailing in Hanover , hopefully their a little better with there customer service . You should be a little nicer to your new customer on the phone even the ones who have Groupons . read more

These guys showed up to my home and detailed our two cars, both came out looking like new. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money

We called and made an appointment, and dropped off our car the night before. The end of the following day we went to pick up the car, it wasn't ready!!! We went back at the end of the day, the wheels were still dirty! After all the back and forth the car did not look clean, and leary if it was waxed, the interior did not smell fresh!! I spoke to the owner and he could of cared less!! It was a horrible experience! I would never go back, and he charged us a lot more for the detailing, than listed on his pricing!! Not a professional car detailing, he hires kids in high school with no professional experience! CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!!! This was the Marshfield location, TERRIBLE!!! read more

Ok, I did something stupid. A local farm had cow manure for free, I have a garden. I tarped up the inside of my car, threw every plastic container I could find into it, went to the farm. Loaded up, drove home (windows open), unloaded everything. Surgical cleanliness--not a bit of manure touched the car. But the smell sure did. Ten minutes of exposure, and the inside of the car stank. Fast forward five months, and numerous attempts to get the smell out--nothing I did worked. Bottoms Up got the smell out, by detailing and an ozone blast, in one day. They were friendly and helpful, and all of the services they performed came out $100 cheaper than just the basic detailing another place I'd called quoted. Give them a call! read more

It was very apparent how much time they spent on my car and the great attention to detail. After getting the shaft from these guys for the non snow plow they attempted for $85.00 I am setting the record straight !! I tried calling them back to finish what they started, just needed two or three more passes and they simply stated you have to shovel the rest and then shut there phone OFF. The drive way was impassable at this time This review is simply to state the Un-professionalism and lack of respect of work ethic they proclaim for the duty's they provide is a JOKE. Be warned.. Do not under any circumstances get your car detailed at Bottoms Up. After picking up my car, I noticed immediately that my touch screen/navigation no longer worked. The manager insisted the detail had nothing to do with it. He eventually agreed to have the adjoining car repair place take a look; they too concluded that the detail had nothing to do with the malfunction. At the Nissan dealership, I was informed that the radio unit was permanently damaged and would need to replaced... for $4000 dollars. Unprofessional, unethical, careless. read more

Bad customer service. They made no attempt to accomodate me for their scheduling mistake, no offers, nothing. All they said was "would you like to reschedule?" I'm sorry, but I was highly inconvenienced and that is all they had to say. It was their mistake. Maybe they detail cars just fine, however, I'll never find out because my business goes elsewhere. It was a special gift on a special day, that made it so much worse. Plymouth is 20 minutes down the road with plenty of businesses and better prices. read more
