I wanted to take a moment today to thank Anthony over at Northeast auto spa for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING…read more I can't speak enough on how poorly things were handled here when it came to getting a part for my car wrapped. I brought a spoiler to Anthony to wrap since he had ceramic coated my car. He was an acquaintance to a family member, so I assumed I'd be in good hands. I was wrong. After giving him my spoiler, I got it back 5 weeks later. It was done so poorly, I took the 2 hour round trip to have it redone, as I was told "they would take care of it" I didnt hear from Anthony for 9 months and when I started to reach out there were nothing but excuses. I got the runaround for months and finally to the point where I said give me back the spoiler. $350 later and no spoiler and time wasted. The only thing he provided was excuses. Anthony will act like your best pal and will be over the top nice to you, but his only intentions are taking your money. And as far as ceramic coating your car, this is a bit deceiving as well. You pay $2000 up front and then another $250 yearly for an annual "coating" which was really just a car wash with a spray sealant applied, there's no actual ceramic coating applied yearly, it's a deceiving sales tactic. Bring your vehicle to a place that doesn't play games and treats their customers with respect and stands by their work. Because at Northeast autospa you'll get none of those things

This is my second time going to Mike at Pro Detailing in Pembroke, and once again, I couldn't be…read moremore grateful. Not only is Mike thoughtful, precise, and incredibly skilled at what he does -- he truly cares. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his work ethic is like no other. Recently, my car was hit in a parking lot and, of course, the other driver took off. I was left with large, ugly marks all over my driver-side panels. It was frustrating, disheartening, and honestly just one of those things that gets under your skin every time you look at it. Mike remembered me from over a year ago, which completely blew me away. It really made me feel like part of the community. He took my car in within the week, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new again. I joked with him that his work didn't just restore my car it restored my state of mind. And it's true. I know it might sound dramatic to be emotional about a car, but we invest so much time and money into them, they're part of our everyday lives. When something happens that's out of your control, and you're left with marks that remind you of it every day, it really affects you. Mike didn't just fix the damage -- he took that mental image away, and that meant more to me than I can explain. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Mike answers every phone call himself, no voicemail, no middlemen. He speaks to you like a real person, not a salesman, and runs a truly honest, no-strings-attached business. The pricing is more than fair, and the quality of work is absolutely top-tier. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your car and you, Mike at Pro Detailing is your guy. I'll be back again and again, and I recommend him to everyone I know.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.
