I had some work that had been performed several years ago which was marginally satisfactory. I went back for some additional work and the car was inspected by two individuals. One was very friendly, the other rude and indifferent. They said they would draw up an estimate and call me back shortly. That was on a Monday, five weeks ago - never heard a single word back from them. I recently had a self-inflicted dent on the back door or my Mercedes Wagon. Dennis suggested I repair slight damage to the bumper at the same time as well as replace a rear tail light that was damaged. Paul found an after market source for the tail light which saved me quite a bit. Paul was very accommodating in expediting the repairs. The repairs look fabulous! These guys did a great job on my 2018 Sienna - can't see the damage and paint is perfect even after 3 years. So I took my 2015 Mazda to them for a larger repair. The paint match is awful which they agreed to fix if I could bring it back. The bumper fit is poor, too. Then it rusted near the fuel filler after 2 years. When the rust became obvious, I took it back and Dennis said "We don't warranty rust - that comes from underneath" without looking underneath and from 10' away. Note, there is no rust anywhere on the car except where Micorblend did repairs. Had he at least looked under the area and suggested he could fix the rust while correcting the terrible color match for a reasonable cost, I would not be furious as I am now - This is a case of terrible customer service and no attempt to satisfy me. read more

We had damage to the rear bumper and tailgate on our 2011Honda CR-V and brought it to MicroBlend on 07/06 to be repaired as the cost was less than a traditional auto body shop. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical but agreed to give it a try. Dennis did an amazing job...It looks as good as new!!! read more

Dennis did a great job with my '07 Lexus LX470. A buddy of mine borrowed the car and bumped into a parking lot pole. The damage was minor but noticable on both the bumper and front fender. Other body shops estimated $1600 to repair. I didn't feel good about asking my friend to pay that much to fix minor damage on a 14-year-old car. Dennis at Microblend estimated $450 for a blended repair when I texted him some photos. I dropped the car off on a Sunday and it was ready Thursday! I paid him over the phone and picked up my car later that day. It looks great! Dennis provides a valuable service for those who don't need a repair that looks perfect under a magnifying glass but looks great from five feet away. I will absolutely come back to Microblend for my body shop needs, and have recommended Microblend to all my friends. read more

Poor quality. Had them repaint front of my car and was disappointed in results. Was told their paint quality is to be looked at from six feet away. Would have been nice if they stated that initially. Maybe six feet away in low light or dark would hide their poor quality. No pride in workmanship. Stay away. read more

Very disappointed. Went in for a quote, was given price and was told that they would go over the car and fix any other minor dings. They did a good job fixing the dent I took the car in for, didn't touch either of the other two small dings, didn't notice until I saw the car when I got home. Called, they apologized and said to bring it back in and made an appointment. OK, we all make mistakes. Arrived for the follow up appointment, they came out looked at the car and said they would only fix the other two dings for additional charges. NOT what they told me. Very disappointed. read more

As soon as I inquired about this business the emails were answered very quickly and I was able to get my car in much sooner than expected! I was on a very certain time frame and Dennis made sure my car was done right on time even though they were very busy. My car looked great, like nothing had ever happened! Strange thing happened: They called to tell me that my car was ready, but that they couldn't take my credit card because their machine was down. They asked if I could go get a cashier's check to pay for my car. I told them no, that I wanted to use my Visa. He kept yelling "But, I am telling you that our credit card machine is down!!" And then he said "If I told other customers that, they would write me a check". I explained to him that I don't have that money in my checking account, but he kept saying "I told you, our credit card machine is now working". I asked "Does that mean that I can't have my car?". He didn't answer me the first couple of times I asked that question. The last time I asked it, he said: "I am just saying that there are other ways to pay than a credit card". By the end of the day, their credit card machine was working and when he called to tell me they I can use my credit card to pay, I said that I wish we didn't have that conversation earlier and he said again: "I was just telling you that our credit card machine was down and other customers would have paid with a check". I work for the largest employed company on the South Shore. Just sayin'.... Shame on them. read more

So I hit a low metal planter that ripped off part of my lower bumper which was dangerously close to hitting the ground. I pulled into MicroBlend to get an estimate. The guy at that desk (sorry, didn't get his name) asked the guy in the shop if he could take a look at it, and the guy was able to attach it so it looks almost brand new again. They were both so nice, and didn't even charge me for the temporary repair. At some point, I will spend the $$ to get it fixed properly(and obviously I will bring it to these guys), but I couldn't be more grateful to have some time to save to pay for it. read more

Dennis and his team at Micro Blend did a FABULOUS job fixing my son's '16 Jeep Grand Cherokee. (I backed into it my own driveway!) It had a big dent above the passenger front wheel well. We got two other local estimates for the repair: Micro Blend was lower by $450 and $550 respectively! Micro Blend = Dent is GONE, Jeep looks BRAND NEW, Done in 2 days, Didn't go through my insurance, and I saved $550. What's not to love? Thank you Dennis & Micro Blend.
