They can pretty much answer all questions related to meat and you can pretty much ask them to do anything to your cut of meat like grinding and cleaning the meat up for you. On the downside, the prices are quite high. But on the plus side, you get quality! But then again, you're at the Atwater Market. Where everything is way overpriced and the prices went up fast the last couple of years. Example: the casings used to be 5-6$ three years ago. They are now 10$!!! I'm still going to come here to get them though ;)
