The pictures are horrible and not worth the money. All the pictures are 1 picture but in different sizes. There was no editing, you can see the hospital floor, and they're only 1 pose. I will never use them again and will tell others to never use them because theyre not worth the $50 we paid for them.

Our daughter was photographed shortly after her birth while we were still at the hospital. it is now 6 months after her birth and they have yet to come to our home for our follow-up family shoot. The photographer called 3 days before our originally scheduled shoot 4 months ago to tell us he had a family emergency only to ask us to drop everything in the middle of the work week to accommodate his schedule (turns out it wasn't an emergency). It is now less than 24 hours before the reschedule and the company has gone MIA with no confirmation or response to my attempts to contact them. This company chooses to push this service on families while they are at an emotional moment in life and then they fail to deliver on the rest of the promised package. They have wasted our time and looking back, I would have never agreed to this service if I had known how they would treat us.

She is all smiles and has a great sense of humor, by the end of our wedding day I was just bummed that she didn't live closer so that we could hang out and watch the Big Bang Theory. The pictures that she took are amazing. You can tell that she cares about delivering a quality product. She's not earning a paycheck she is doing something that she loves. At one point after our wedding she was in a tree trying to get the perfect shot. Is that dedication or what!? The price is dirt cheap for everything that you are getting. The engagement session, the wedding, edited photos, and the print rights! There is even an app which makes it super easy to share pictures with... well let's face it, anyone who's willing to look at them! She didn't charge us to travel for our wedding and was willing to go anywhere that we wanted for pictures. I have already recommended her to a few people getting married here shortly and will continue to do so for some time. I am going to be that person who changes her Facebook profile picture 4 times a week because I JUST CAN'T DECIDE WHICH ONE TO USE!!!!! The pictures speak for themselves so check out the website. The contract we signed with Bus Stop Productions was that we would receive our video within 30 days…read moreafter our wedding. It took us over 9 months to get our wedding video back. During that long wait we received little to no communication for the delay, and would rarely receive a return call or email. I wish that the long wait was worth it. The 3 minute summary video was really cute. The long video of the day, awful. In the questionnaire before the wedding, we had checked that interviews were the LEAST important thing to be included in our video. The entire thing was interviews. Little coverage of the actual day. The worst part was the footage of the ceremony. The two videographers simply put the cameras on tripods facing forward before anything started, hit play, and then took a break for the next 30 minutes. There was no footage of anyone walking into the ceremony until they were almost at the end of the aisle, which just showed their back. The footage of me (the bride) being walked down the aisle by my dad was instead the back of the people standing in the rows in front of the camera. That's a pretty big moment to miss. The two angles we got of the ceremony was one very zoomed-out shot, and one side shot that showed the back of my husband's head the whole time. So there is absolutely zero footage of my husband's face during the entire video. We could have had a relative with a cam-recorder to a better job. It was the biggest waste of money from our entire wedding. I would highly recommended not using their services.
