I could not recommend getting a boudoir shoot with Nomi enough. Amazing experience. I've always wanted to do this as someone who has struggled with body image most of my life. Nomi feels like a friend you've known all your life basically instantly. What could have easily been wildly awkward and scary felt (almost) easy. You will see yourself in a completely different light by the end of the session. Just like most of the women leaving a review, this was my first experience in doing a boudoir photo shoot. Prior to the shoot, I felt so nervous and intimidated and kept on second-guessing if I made the right decision. However, after meeting Nomi, I felt immediately at ease. Nomi is truly amazing, and not just her photography. My Uber was in an accident while we were on the way over so I was pretty shaken up, she hugged me, sat me down and we just talked until I was ready to start. I had scoped her IG page for a while since she photographed my GF back in 2019. I finally took the plunge when she offered an end of the year special. She reached out as soon as I paid my deposit to set up a call to go over details, get to know me a little and reserve a date. I also really appreciated her payment plan option which helped my budget tremendously. The day of her and Cheena (amazing and beautiful makeup artist) just made me feel so comfortable in my skin, in what I was doing. The prosecco helped also LOL Anyways the process was simpler than I thought and Nomi was great on giving instructions and showing how to pose. The feedback was great, made me feel like a million bucks! Although I brought my own lingerie options I went by her expert recommendation and used three options from her lingerie closet. Paid or compensated, I was willing to work with this photographer. Then via a LONG email, she states she REQUIRES a yelp AND google review, then attaches the most ridiculous price list I've-ever seen. $30 for 1 DIGITAL image , $250 for 10 DIGITAL images. I decided to do a boudoir shoot for my husband's birthday. I wasn't sure really what to expect going in to it and was a little nervous I would not know how to pose the right way. The moment I stepped foot in Nomi's studio my nerves went away. Nomi guides you through each pose and tells you where to look for each shot. First off, I don't think I picture well in photos and am extremely camera shy, so I wanted to break a little piece of that barrier by doing a boudoir photo shoot. With Nomi I felt an instant connection, especially when she personally wanted to chat on the phone to talk about my objectives.
