We were asked to sign a Quitclaim Deed to assure the title company we had no continuing interest in the property. We used this leverage to demand compensation for our excess moving expenses and lost revenue. The heirs' lawyer rushed us to sign and tried to intimidate us with BS legalize and threats when we refused. We contacted Brian F. Kram--emailing him a synopsis of the dispute.
