Make sure you get a players card before going up to the 3rd floor. Swipe your card outside of the bingo hall for coupons and free plays. It was my first time playing digitally, and I'm in love! There are fun variations of Bingo, so playing it digitally helped me not miss anything. For your buy in, you play for an entire hour, get two free drink tickets for the bar and unlimited sodas/coffee. There are white papers you can use to reserve your same seat between sessions, if you'd like to go get a snack or something. My new favorite spot in Vegas! I learned they do a monthly bingo competition weekend a with great deals on stays at the hotel and larger payouts. We will be back!

So when you get to the Plaza, you have to take the escalator up to the bingo hall on the third floor. It feels so exclusive, lol. The room is big though and there's plenty of seating if you want to go in a huge group, play solo or with a +1. Anything would fly here. The staff was so nice to us and explained everything thoroughly. We got some bingo package we had a coupon for and still ended up spending $48 each. With admission though, you do get a drink! Bartender was nice and also gave us some first timer tips. That was so kind! Once the game got going, it was a little confusing for the first couple rounds. However, then things all made sense, we got the hang of the screens and understood how the caller was saying things. Bingo on machines is a game changer! Gone are the days of dabbers, though you can apparently still do that, too. But...the game goes fast! I had a whole lot of cards though and won nothing but saw someone with a paper card win. I'm just sayin. ;) I will absolutely be coming back. I had so much fun and enjoyed participating!!!

Check in was fine , but they need more people at the desk . I had a rental and parking was plentiful . i chose to park outside instead of the parking structure . i really like that the front door is close to the elevators . Hate places that make you walk halfway through the place to get to the elevators . Speaking of elevators , they really are in need of maintainance and refreshing . They are pretty beat up . The room was fine . everything worked . The one issue i had , and its not the hotels fault was the smell of weed occasionally. i could smell it in the elevators . i even had to move rooms because i came back to my room and it smelled of weed. it was probably the room next door , and it was coming through the gap in door to the adjoining room. I tried the brass fork a couple of times doing the late night specials. Food was ok, but the wait people seemed rather curt . Not too many smiles . guess all the cheap food means cheap tip and demoralizes them .LOL . the location was great . right off the 15 . Plenty of other food around it. Did not gamble so can not comment . Would i stay again? Yes , but only if the price is right .

We were simply confused by one of the game's special features and were concerned there may have been a glitch. Ted told us there was a specific rule that would clarify how the feature worked. However, after he, Mindy, and another employee were unable to locate that rule, Mindy immediately accused us of trying to obtain compensation, stating, "Members do this all the time; they try to get something out of us by complaining." I then asked to speak with their supervisor, to which Ted replied that there was no one higher than them. (We later found out this was false as we spoke to his direct supervisor Angelica). Ted then said, "We can't help you. If you don't like it, then you don't have to play this game." When I attempted to respond, Ted immediately cut me off. As I tried to speak again, to tell him he did not have to respond so rudely and passive aggressively, he escalated the situation by abruptly ending the conversation with, "You're being aggressive! We're done here!" before storming off. At no point did we ask for compensation. We were not combative, or disrespectful in our approach. We were simply trying to understand how the machine worked and whether it had functioned correctly. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, we were met with accusations, dismissive comments, hostility, and disrespectful treatment. This interaction fell far below the level of customer service we expected and left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

Being a 90's baby myself, my nostalgia mind was fully activated. Rock shot bingo at Red Rock is held on the last Thursday of every month. I've played regular bingo before, but this was my first time playing rock shot bingo and I was very excited to see what they had in store. I had completely forgotten that bingo sessions were cash only (I don't play bingo or gamble very often lol), so I had to find an ATM machine to withdraw cash from. Fortunately, there's one just a short walk away from the bingo room. Present your ticket to retrieve two complimentary drinks at their bar area (minimum two per person, two per session). I got myself a California Love cocktail, which was really good. A whopping 607 people were in attendance, which was a record-breaker for this event. The live DJ in attendance did a great job keeping the crowd hyped throughout the entire event! The bingo card covers were also unique, such as in the shape of a smiley face, a full martini glass, and a wine bottle. When somebody wins a game, the winner and everyone sitting at their entire table are given a Jell-O shot. And that's how rock shot bingo works, if you haven't played it yet. Although my friends and I didn't win anything during both regular bingo and rock shot bingo, we still had a great time.

Doors opened at 8pm and games started at 9pm, but people were already lined up by 7pm -- and now I understand why. This event is absolutely worth it! For a $35 minimum buy-in, you get access to 10 exciting games and 50 electronic cards -- all cash only! Everything is played electronically, so no paper cards or daubers needed, which makes it super easy and modern. The whole vibe is like playing bingo at a dance party. The lights, music, and energy were amazing -- they even let me dance on the table! On top of that, they serve unlimited drinks (2 at a time from a select menu), which kept the fun going all night. Between the great prizes ($100 to $1,000), the music, and the awesome crowd, this is hands down one of the most entertaining bingo nights I've ever been to. If you love a good time, I highly recommend coming out for their special event nights. They do them once a month, and trust me -- you don't want to miss it!

Everyone seems like a regular and they are very laid-back, unlike the other bingo room where we usually play. There has been no shushing here. People don't have a heart attack if someone else yells "bingo!" by accident. Not that I've done that, but it could happen. CONS: -They don't have machines here, so it's only PAPER! The first time we played here, I was very stressed out because I usually always play with a machine. I haven't used a dauber in a couple of years. Not to mention that my +1 got me the 12-card pack: whut?! The pressure! "Wait, what number did she just call?! I'm still trying to find the previous number called!" Okay, so the second time we went, we took our out-of-town friends and it was much better. I got a 6-card pack and I could relax and have fun. -I haven't won yet. Housekeeping and services, including drink service during play, was tip top! Gaming is fantastic here, comps are better than some others (GN, Circa) but maybe not as generous as others (Four Queens.) Value was the main appeal of this property along with location. Oscar's steakhouse was great! We had a celebratory meal there and the food, service, ambiance, and price point were stellar. Pinkbox Donuts and Pop Up Pizza were a nice touch. Parking garage was adequate and free! Always a plus for downtown. Love Carousel Bar! Great drinks and atmosphere. The giant connect four was a nice touch. Housekeeping, engineering, and security took care of all issues quickly and quietly. Housekeeping was very honest - we had to leave tips on top of a pile of towels for them to collect! Downsides: Pool is a bit uncomfortable compared to the nicer properties downtown like Circa or Golden Nugget, but affordability does help some. The staff were nice enough to let us have an unused daybed due to capacity without charging us. The rooms are dated and rough around the edges, but I understand that they do have freshly renovated rooms available. We were offered one but opted for a 1 bedroom smoking suite that smelled heavily of cigs but the hotel was willing to deodorize. Still quite comfortable despite showing its age, and quiet on the non-Fremont side, especially higher up. Food court is affordable, but there are better options a short distance away. Coffee stand and Fresh Mexican were both kind of bad. Some of the other concierge staff were rude bordering on hostile when asking questions but I didn't escalate. Didn't seem necessary and I understand that it must be an exhausting and thankless job. Only one baccarat table! More would be a nice touch. A bit of a shocker, honestly. Overall: If you're looking at Carson Tower at Golden Nugget, this is a better property to stay at. Very similar quality and a better overall experience minus The Tank, which you can pay to get into while saving a substantial amount of money. Location is incredible. Take care of your staff and they will take care of you!

We were in Las Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, and one of the main reasons we chose to stay here was the convenience. Being able to walk through the resort and get around without relying on Ubers was a huge plus, especially on a busy concert night. Check-in was smooth, the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were also upgraded, which was a very nice surprise. The highlight had to be the view of the Sphere from our room -- absolutely perfect for the concert we were attending. The Venetian is an experience in itself. The resort is massive, beautifully designed, and there's plenty to explore without even having to leave the property. For us, the ability to walk around, grab something to eat or drink, explore the resort, and head to the Sphere without worrying about transportation made the stay that much more enjoyable. We typically stay at MGM properties when we're in Vegas, so trying The Venetian was a change of pace for us. Based on this first experience, I'm glad we gave it a shot. Friendly staff, clean rooms, unexpected upgrade, an incredible Sphere view, and an extremely convenient location for a concert. We'll definitely be back.
