An amazing New Year's Eve bingo!!! It was decorated so festive! They had hats, horns, tiaras, bead necklaces, hot chocolate & champagne. Lots of people were there. They only offered daubers no tablets. So it was a little advanced for us but we survived!

We came here for bingo! Great spot to play. We played on a Sunday at 9pm. They have paper cards, which makes bingo even more fun! You get 1 free drink with your bingo pack purchase as well. If you are new to bingo, like myself, I was able to keep up. Lots of folks there with experience and everyone is happy to help if you can a question. The bingo hall is tucked away in the corner of the casino, so keep your eyes peeled for it. They have tons of bingo sessions and everything is up-to-date with start times on their website. Good luck y'all!

All paper! The only way to play bingo! The counter staff and callers are always very helpful and polite. It appeared that the lady working the drink station prefers to help her regulars. She was happier to help the lady behind me than to help me. She had her drink ready and barely acknowledged me when I asked for water. I only got play at Sunset Station. Hopefully I'll win next time!!

My friends and I were trying to find something to do after dinner and decided to give bingo a try. It was my first time playing and I really enjoyed myself. The bingo room was clean, spacious and had a bar (that also sells snacks) and vending machines. There are two lines (regular and ADA accessible). The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Especially being a total newbie, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. The cashier helped us in great detail and was totally sweet about it. They also have several vending machines selling dabbers (not all the machines were working when we went though). During the games, they would tell us what page we needed to be on and what sort of game we were playing (regular bingo, double bingo, six pack, etc). This is where it got a bit confusing for us because they would give the next number and then disclose info in between regarding other games and prizes so it confused us a bit. We played a 9pm game and an 11pm game, by the second game we knew to ask questions regarding the other games and info they would disclose. Which again the cashier helped us in great detail. The prize money was definitely a plus and unexpected to me since I had no idea you could win so much. Someone won $450 and I was like "whatttt." Definitely added to the excitement of the game. Although, I did not win, I enjoyed the TWO FREE drinks! You can get a variety of drinks with your receipt: alcoholic drinks, water, and coffee. My only con and reason for the four stars: I would've liked that when purchasing the cards during the first game, the cashier would have brought up the other games being played simultaneously. This is where we got confused and couldn't ask anyone about them until purchasing the next set of cards.

Had so much fun with my family! Even though we didn't win, we enjoyed each others company and that's what's important in life! I love the bingo room!

Make sure you get a players card before going up to the 3rd floor. Swipe your card outside of the bingo hall for coupons and free plays. It was my first time playing digitally, and I'm in love! There are fun variations of Bingo, so playing it digitally helped me not miss anything. For your buy in, you play for an entire hour, get two free drink tickets for the bar and unlimited sodas/coffee. There are white papers you can use to reserve your same seat between sessions, if you'd like to go get a snack or something. My new favorite spot in Vegas! I learned they do a monthly bingo competition weekend a with great deals on stays at the hotel and larger payouts. We will be back!

So when you get to the Plaza, you have to take the escalator up to the bingo hall on the third floor. It feels so exclusive, lol. The room is big though and there's plenty of seating if you want to go in a huge group, play solo or with a +1. Anything would fly here. The staff was so nice to us and explained everything thoroughly. We got some bingo package we had a coupon for and still ended up spending $48 each. With admission though, you do get a drink! Bartender was nice and also gave us some first timer tips. That was so kind! Once the game got going, it was a little confusing for the first couple rounds. However, then things all made sense, we got the hang of the screens and understood how the caller was saying things. Bingo on machines is a game changer! Gone are the days of dabbers, though you can apparently still do that, too. But...the game goes fast! I had a whole lot of cards though and won nothing but saw someone with a paper card win. I'm just sayin. ;) I will absolutely be coming back. I had so much fun and enjoyed participating!!!

We were simply confused by one of the game's special features and were concerned there may have been a glitch. Ted told us there was a specific rule that would clarify how the feature worked. However, after he, Mindy, and another employee were unable to locate that rule, Mindy immediately accused us of trying to obtain compensation, stating, "Members do this all the time; they try to get something out of us by complaining." I then asked to speak with their supervisor, to which Ted replied that there was no one higher than them. (We later found out this was false as we spoke to his direct supervisor Angelica). Ted then said, "We can't help you. If you don't like it, then you don't have to play this game." When I attempted to respond, Ted immediately cut me off. As I tried to speak again, to tell him he did not have to respond so rudely and passive aggressively, he escalated the situation by abruptly ending the conversation with, "You're being aggressive! We're done here!" before storming off. At no point did we ask for compensation. We were not combative, or disrespectful in our approach. We were simply trying to understand how the machine worked and whether it had functioned correctly. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, we were met with accusations, dismissive comments, hostility, and disrespectful treatment. This interaction fell far below the level of customer service we expected and left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

Time to share my two cents before they pass on…read more The Pass Casino, formerly Eldorado, sits right next to Rainbow Club in Downtown Henderson, making them a convenient stop if you're looking to hit up multiple casinos. They're also being bought by the owners of Rainbow Club and nearby sister casino Emerald Island, so the easy double-dip of two differing systems of casino promotions is going away soon. Although it may have changed lately, a modest level of slots play was good enough for $10 food vouchers and $5 free play twice a week. I've addressed the specific restaurants in the individual business listings, but the ability to get free food in this economy can't be overlooked. And they also recently resumed a program to let you exchange comp points for gasoline vouchers, with multiple valid Conoco locations around the valley. Free fuel, baby! They also have weekly promos including wheel spins ($500 max; I've hit the $75 or $100 more than once), gifts (some better than others), and other small prizes or drawing chances. And their other less-frequent events can be worth it; I even won their slot tournament once. The slot machine selection itself has enough of a variety, although obviously less overall than big casinos. At least they've added some newer games every so often, especially seeming to rotate in newer Light & Wonder games quite a bit. Last, but not least, most of the casino staff have been friendly and helpful. I'll miss seeing a lot of their faces behind the "Player's Junction" desk after the end of this month So long and happy trails, The Pass.
