It took til noon to figure that out? So the next appt was for the 24th. No call no show and wouldn't answer or return my calls. When I called customer care the 25th they tried to reschedule me for the 26th. I asked for a refund and at the end of the call they informed me that it would be 5 to 7 days before the refund would be processed. So all I got from this place was a week delay and now I won't have my money to fix it for another week. On top of the two days work I missed to be around for the tech. And another week of no ride. Really put me in a spot. I don't know if it is just this location or not but I will never call on Safelite again and would highly recommend anyone else over this place.

Doug did the leg work and contacted the insurance and arranged the claim, work order and repair date. He is also a gun guy to talk to on the phone. Luis PAC was the technician that came out. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. Bonus points because he made a easy removal tab with the blue tape to remove it with ease. Great work Luis and Doug.
