So, I decided to give Northwest a try and was super pleased with my experience! Not only were they quick to get me scheduled, it was easy to schedule by texting a REAL person from their team that replied quickly (it was hard to pick up calls during my work hours so I appreciate this option). Additionally, they came to my workplace and followed my company policy for being on property and got the job done in under an hour while I was working. I've been driving with the new windshield for like 2 months and it is fantastic! No issues and Northwest communicated with my insurance so I didn't have to do anything else following their servicing! I honestly can't recommend them enough!! (My Partner was only given the option to use Safelite.. they broke his rearview mirror and over a month later he is still trying to get them to replace it. They were able to get me in relatively quick for an appointment and they completed my service within 30 minutes, the only downside is that I had to go in to get my windshield replaced because they don't have at home service for Tucson and Windshield calibration. I have not had any issues with my windshield after the service.
