We were shocked because this car is pretty much brand new, only had it for about a year. As i asked the guy up front if the rotors could be resurfaced he cut me off and said "No no the rotors are scraping and they need new ones" so we left and me and my friend took a look ourself and yes my brake pads do need replacing, but as far as the sway bars, control arms, and rotors were completely fine. Which we both have experience in car maintenance as my friend works as a industrial mechanic and i went to school for automotive, i wasn't shocked at all that this place tried to get 2000$ out of us, honestly just sad, glad we looked ourselves.

No customer service at all…read more This is the closest store to me and I live 75 miles from Safford, I had a 1:00 PM appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my car. Before we left my husband called to verify that they did in fact have the tires in-stock. He was assured that yes they did. We arrived 15 minutes early and checked in and were told it would be 1.5 hours....with an appointment...at 2:30 we were told that they couldn't find the 4th tire, and that they hadn't installed any tires yet. We decided to install the 3 because they guaranteed that they would have the 4th tire the next day and they would install it. An hour later they had the 3 tires installed. The next day we called again to verify that they were going to have the tire and were told yes it was on the truck and would be at the shop by the time we got there for our 3 PM appointment. We sat in the waiting room for 45 mins when someone came out and said that they had the correct brand, however it was for a 16" wheel, not a 15" wheel that is on my car. They offered to put on a different brand tire of the correct size and then they would again order the correct tire and call us to have the tires switched out. 25 mins later we left. This was all on Monday and Tuesday. Today is Saturday. The shop has never called and I don't think they will. I won't go back if they do call. As we were leaving I asked if there was anyway we could get a credit since we were going to have to drive 150 miles 2 extra times due to their error. The guy said that he would get to work on it. Guess what...no credit either. Not even surprised.

We were stranded an hour away from Benson, and not even my insurance company could help us find a tow. I called up Dave and he came early in the morning the next day on a Sunday when everyone couldn't help us out. He towed us about an hour to his site and the price was unbeatable! I got quotes from others around $2k+ but Dave charged me only $600! He let us stay in his parking lot for a few days as he diagnosed our Rv. Turns out our engine needed to be replaced. Best part was that Dave got me a new engine and installed it in less than 7 days! We were back up and running and drove straight from Arizona to New Jersey! Zero issues and zero problems! We invested into a full service with warranty and a new engine and totaled $17k+ which was more affordable than a new Rv! Dave and his team knows what they are doing and will take care of you. Called Nuttall's and they said they had not received a dispatch to accept or decline. They went and got it for me at 12:30 am so that it didn't sit out all night. It was a very urgent need. He pulled a whole tie rod assembly for our truck down off the shelf to ensure he found the right nut and cotter pin. When he couldn't find the right one in the store, he gave me the one off the tie rod assembly and told me that he could replace the one for the tie rod assembly that he has to sell within a day. I was so grateful. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. He said to just come back when I needed something for the truck. I will most definitely be back. Customer service is not dead.
