When the table cloths were delivered, somehow the wrong pattern appeared at my home. I was disappointed because the pattern I selected and wanted informed the color choices of the rest of my decor for the party. The owner was absolutely insistent upon making it right. He drove 45 minutes back to the linen vendor, changed the table cloths for my original selection and drove back to my home. He also comped the restocking fee since it was his error. This is the kind of business I will continue to patronize again and again. Can't recommend them highly enough. I love doing business with good and competent people.
