As others have mentioned, customer service doesn't seem to be very important to the people who work there. They hardly give you the time of day when you walk in. If I remember correctly, they have a strict no refund policy. And if you need helium in your balloons, their prices are higher than other places. I went to them for a few years until I found out that Dollar Tree offers helium balloons for much less. Maybe if I was a party planner or had a big project, I would go back. But for an occasional birthday, I'll pass.
