So I gladly accepted while scrambling to find somewhere to rent tables and chairs from, because the company they chose doesn't have any available. Luckily (I thought) some lovely lady at top notch answered my call and told me I can have the chairs picked up early to be used for the party this weekend. I sent someone to pick them up and when they were brought to me I was completely disgusted by the rust, tape and cracks in the chairs and they are also completely dirty. I called top notch (after hours) and left a message explaining the situation and asking if they have anything else available as I am too embarrassed to use these. It was explained to me that these are the "$1 chairs" and for better quality I would pay over $3 for chairs. She offered a refund and told me to bring them back... So the chairs were sent back. After waiting for over 30 minutes in a seedy warehouse area I received a call that no one showed up. The very polite woman on the phone told me that she left 15 minutes ago and she waited 30 minutes and left. She also reminded me that the person who actually rented the chairs "saw and accepted them willingly" I didn't receive a call or text from her at any point saying that she was there. All doors were closed and no one saw her coming or going. So the chairs were brought back to me. I now have to find someone to return this garbage by noon tomorrow or I'll be stuck with a $25 bill. Thankfully, we were able to change bounce house companies and include what we need in our rental from a trustworthy company. I've heard from calling around to other companies in the area tonight that this is a "decent" company but that their chairs are likely covered when doing events so they are never seen. I wish I would've gotten a heads up from the business that their chairs themselves are in fact- not "top notch" but perhaps their linens are. I truly hope I don't have to pay twice for chairs for my little girl's party. Good luck to anyone using this company. And please inspect before you accept.

Her staff were great, the bartender had a good attitude and did a great job. I had a few things that needed to be passed out on the tables and Chondra offered to put my favors out on each table for me. She gave me a lot of advice that was useful in my planning and her pricing was great. She worked within my budget and I would reccomend her to anyone who needs party supplies. You can tell that she is truly good people and I believe in spreading the word about deserving good people who are in business. You won't be didappointed if you use this service.

I reached out to her from a referral from Robinhood Rental, they couldn't accommodate me so they referred me to the perfect vendor and every time i have a party, she is the first person i call. sometimes i call her for reputable vendors because she knows everybody in the industry. If i am feeling unsure about a vendor she will say she never dealt with that vendor or give positive feedback.
