Well, I broke my wrist and was unable to do so. A day and half before the party I found Dream Ark via an internet search. I sent an email inquiry and was immediately contacted by Roza. Miraculously she said she could do the job even with short notice. We discussed design ideas and colors. I then sent her photos of the party room. The day of the party Roza and her partner arrived 4 hours before party time and installed the most stunning balloon decorations and backdrop. After the party they came back and collected everything. We ordered 10 helium latex balloons (which were $2 a balloon), a paw patrol balloon, and a number four helium balloon. She told us they can get it done in 30 min which worked out since we had to run a few errands. We came back to the store about 30 minutes later and the balloon arrangement was all ready for pick up!! The staff were so helpful and made the process such a breeze. The balloons were beautiful and our son absolutely loved them at his birthday party. 10/10 for the service and quality of the balloons. If I remember correctly, they have a strict no refund policy. And if you need helium in your balloons, their prices are higher than other places. I went to them for a few years until I found out that Dollar Tree offers helium balloons for much less. Maybe if I was a party planner or had a big project, I would go back. But for an occasional birthday, I'll pass.

The area where you walk in was a complete disaster, it looked like a construction zone. She called frantic, and I told her not to worry- Tony's got this (and crossed my fingers). Everything was phenomenal. All my wife's tiny personal touches came to life with Tony's over-the-top pomp and show. The reception room was magical. A few things that went wrong: 1- one of the boutonnieres fell apart and there was no replacement 2- there were supposed to be two floral crowns - one was never taken out of the box 3- My wife and I chose blue flowers- Tony suggested some pink for a "pop" of color- we agreed and the room was full of pink flowers - and not very many blue at all... One thing that every bride should remember is to ask for a throw away bouquet during the bouquet toss. My wife forgot- threw her own, and the girl who caught it -well she never gave it back of course. So- don't make this mistake ask for a throw-away bouquet. We had to have a second bridal bouquet made for pictures a few days after the wedding- we called Tony and explained that the photographer was taking us to the park- and he made another one up for us no problem.
