I called and left a message asking them to please check their email. I get a reply from someone giving me another person's name and # to call. I call him. He tells me that the pricing on their website is only for the hall and the food is separate. I tell him,"what are you talking about? I'm looking right here that it says it includes one food item from each of the columns." He then says that lunch is $20 and dinner is $30. Their page says one price $15, $20, or $25 depending on which menu option you select, regardless of time of day for a 6 hour period. This guy was abrupt, unprofessional and didn't give a flying monkey if I booked there or not. Thank you for making my decision to go with my gut so much easier. How are you in business!?

They didn't serve what we asked them to, nor did they cut the cake or serve it so we ended up going home with the whole cake. They cut the DJ off early which caused all the guests to began leaving. And the worst part of all, they stole my sister (the brides) purse. We know it was their staff because the owner was not willing to help us find it. It held many of her wedding gifts and pure gold. We tried calling the police on them but they don't have cameras so we couldn't prove anything. Awful.

It's nice to know when a venue has wonderful interpersonal connections and relationships with good and reputable vendors. This ensures that they are able to offer the best service and packages to their clients. The Hendrix is at a location that is excellent because it has ample parking and it's pretty close to anything. You just hop on the highway and go where you're going (which is perfect for your contracted vendors for events). It's even more of a plus because it's 5 minutes away from me! Ha! Not only their open house, but I've been to weddings here and the venue just offers so much to its clients including a DJ and tech booth area...something that most venues don't even consider.

Our vendors were pleased with the overall facility. Over the course of seven months, I worked directly with Fay, the venue's event coordinator. Fay was quick to answer any questions and provided guidance where needed. The overall process and experience ran smoothly. My only change would have been scheduling the final walk through and floorplan layout 1.5 - 2 weeks prior to the event for any changes. Hopefully, we will use Milano in the future.

Visited here Sunday for an open house. I actually haven't been to this location in several years…read moresince I planned a wedding here. They have done some major upgrades and it looks great now. It accommodated so many different vendors and decorators who were all able to make the venue shine. I'm actually excited to plan an event here for clients very soon.
