We came here early in the morning and it wasn't crowded. My kids love it since they can run around without having to wait for their turn. Around noon it got a little busier. The place is very clean and they do have a little cafe that sells food and drinks at a reasonable price.

We noticed that both of the ball tunnel machines were out of order on both our visits. Very disappointing because my son loves this

$15.14 after tax for one hour of play (as of Dec 2022). Make sure you bring socks because it's required. If you forget to bring them, just walk next door to Marshalls or Ross and pick up a nicer pair (it's cheaper than buying it here). Fun little place to take your toddler or kiddo to burn off energy before nap time. They have a sectioned-off toddler play area with two slides, a floor piano, ball pit, and more. The ball bit has two vacuum tubes to insert balls, but they were broken for few months so I don't expect them to get fixed anytime soon. The floor piano didn't work today either. The "Playland" is where it's at. It's a two story jungle play area with obstacle courses, trampolines, various types of slides, and more. Although it's meant for kids, I have to admit, it's kind of fun for adults too! We had to follow our little one through the entire thing because he is too young to venture by himself. Be careful though - we once saw a lady hurt her ankle and the ambulance had to take her away. Another time we met an elderly couple who couldn't figure a way out without having to go through obstacles. Overall it's a nice place to bring little ones. I just wish they paid more attention to the maintenance aspect. As of Dec 2022, the following were broken: - Floor piano in toddler area - Ball vacuum tube in toddler areas (both machines) - LED light area in jungle gym - Play house looks a bit run down

My two year old boy absolutely loves place. It's easily his favorite play space. Perfect for little kids with so many different areas to explore. And parents can hang out comfortably at their own tables while watching the kiddos on a monitor. They have a really nice selection of food and drink - from pizza to kids snacks and even a whole coffee menu, everything to keep you and your little full and energized. I really love how clean everything is. Sure, maybe because the place is new, but I'll update if things change in the future. My boy is really shy and doesn't like playing with other kids yet, so we go during their downtime around 2-4pm. Why only 4 stars? There isn't enough regulating to keep the older kids out of the toddler play area. While that's definitely a parent-problem, the staff could help reinforce the rules more. They certainly don't have a problem checking people for socks or alerting you when your playtime is up, so it would be nice if they'd do more to keep the age groups separate. Also, beware of the twisty white slide. My kid went down it and started crying. So I followed him through the slide and it whipped me around so bad that I got a plastic-burn on my elbow. The party rooms look really nice, but know that they don't do private rentals. I have high hopes for this place. Hopefully they're able to maintain the cleanliness and flourish once the staff is fully trained and business is in full swing.

$14.99 all day play or pay $12.99 one hour plus $4.99 each additional hour. Walk in sign waiver on iPad. Then goto register to pick your play and pay. Fun plus for 8mo-12 years older. Bring your own socks or buy there. Food & socks & snacks & pizzas on sale. Super fun & clean. Easy parking. Next to old navy and home goods.

The gentleman at the food bar said that their pizza are the best and as a reply it is very delicious. Staffs are pretty courteous.

Clean, spacious and lots of fun runs for kids to burn it up. Brought our ninjas here during their visit down to sugar land. Lot of cameras. Kids are safe here which in my opinion makes it easy for parents to relax a bit. I recommend this place if you have little ones.

Also, the birthday parties and service with that is executed well. When we were there, I was happy to see staff politely asking the big kids to get out of the baby area. With how busy it is, I think things are still running pretty well. I think most of the complaints on here are targeted incorrectly at the business. Parents should still be parenting in this space, but I see a lot of parents letting kids roam free and doing unsafe things. It's not the staff's job to parent! The only thing I think could be added are seats for little kiddos in the bathroom, as I've been to another play space with it hanging in the stalls.

I had to run an errand in Sugar Land, so I found Majestkids Playland as a way to bribe the kiddo to behave while I did my adult task. It worked like a charm. There are basically 4 different areas here: 1) A playground that's good for toddlers, but still fun for kids my son's age (5). 2) A small area with tubes and slides. 3) A jumping pit. 4) And then other side of the venue, there's a ninja obstacle course that is better for kids a little bigger than my son. We spent about two hours here and he would have been happy to be here even longer. Normally he taps out around 60-90 minutes, so he really enjoyed himself. I was a little nervous at first since there were quite a few kids and families, but everyone was so kind, respectful, and friendly it made the whole experience even better. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. We purchased a few different items, and since they didn't have regular bags available, she kindly offered me a Ziploc bag, which was really thoughtful. Small gesture, but it meant a lot. We even left her a little tip because she was just that kind and helpful! However, corporate please get bags for families. To make our purchases more convenient. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. To help ensure your guest feel comfortable) You can tell this team genuinely cares about the families and kids who come through. The environment was clean, safe, and full of positive energy. We had such a great time, and we will definitely be back!
